Horrible pizza. We asked for thin crust on two, regular on one. The thin crusts were so overcooked it was like hard crackers and the toppings were way overcooked. The regular was like burnt thin crust where the toppings were and thick crust on the edge. Very disappointed. The delivery driver was perfect. We threw most of it away.

Domino’s Pizza, Hyannis, MA. The service was slow, the girls limitedly knew English in the 02601 zip code. The pizza was ordered as a thin crust pizza, yet we received it as a thick crust pizza! (picture attached). The cashier left the register, to chat with a co-worker who was near the pizza dough and making the pizzas, and accompanied her with the pizza preparation. I watched them chat and prepare pizza while wearing no gloves. I had asked that the cashier wear gloves, but she refused to,* and neither of the women thereafter wore gloves while handling ingredients that they added to the pizza that they were preparing for the oven! I asked my spouse to go in and ask them to wear gloves and he came back stating, they barely understood English, so that was not to work. I feel very grossed out amid a Covid 19 pandemic and that I had not wanted to eat pizza made with no PPE- gloves on!

Love there pasta dishes!! Price is fantastic! Also the cinnamon and sugar twists are out of this world. Only complaint is the $5.99 delivery charge… it’s kinda high!! That’s only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars.

Ordered pizza wings and cinnamon twists. The wings had no sauce, the pizza was a mess literally and there was no icing. The only decent thing was the delivery driver, he was very kind.

A lil bump in my order , but they redelivered the item correctly at no charge, quick enough for us not to loose our appetite! Awesome customer service. Super Grateful… some places offer you a coupon or Nothing… but they offered which is the right thing to do! Thanx again!

If you try to place order after 12 ( close at 1) almost always can’t. Online says error and over the phone will take order then cancel it.

This place was aweful, dry, overcooked, and had toppings on it we had to pick off. Also was suppose to get garlic knots and sent garden salad, called to explain the mix up and blamed us for the mix up and said we ordered garden salads. Theb asked for a refund for the salad so they didnt have to bring the knots (20nmins later) and they don’t do that….
