I been a customer for dominos pizza for many years and I never had a problem with my order I order I order on may 9 and they send me a wrong order iCal and talk to the manager she said that she going to refund part of my money and also give me a free pizza I call today I spoke whit another manager he give me a very bad attitude and says many times that I was lien and that the lady was a go owner idk if she a go owner they need to respect the customer I never ever going to order from Winthrop st Taunton store

Foods over cooked and cold. Arrived over an hour after ordering it. Missing the garlic twists but got the dipping sauce for them. The parmesan twists are barely even coated. Try to call and no one answers. Put in complaint online and get offered 20% off or a free pizza which doesn’t even compensate for everything. Deny those offers and nothing just right back to their home page. Never ordering again.

Worst dominos ever!!! Don’t order from them. They never get my order right, even though I’ve always used the website. They don’t deliver half of the time. The other half it takes 2 1/2 hours to get your food. Tonight, we ordered at 8pm the food was delivered at 9:45 pm with my pizza missing. The store said the driver has 4 more deliveries and won’t arrive at my house until 10:45. We were already exhausted from busting our humps in the sun all day. If I wanted to wait all night for dinner, I would have cooked a whole real meal myself.

I can’t believe this experience. Over an hour in a half to get the wrong order. Delivery guy tried to drop off our food without us knowing and then proceeded to throw our receipt out his window on the front lawn. We called multiple times and had to finally ask for a manager when the guy hung up on us when we asked where our order was. Whoever owns this Domino’s needs to hire new staff. They’re rude and don’t care. This was suppose to be for my daughter who wanted this for her birthday. We ordered at 6:11 and got it at 7:45. It was the wrong pizza that she won’t eat and now we have to get her something else at almost 8 at night. On a school night too. This also happened to others I know within the last few weeks. Go to a different pizza place. I’ll never order from here again. I hate getting like I disappointed my daughter

Horrible service I ordered 1 pizza earlier and it didn’t even taste like pizza and I ordered another for a friend and it was in quality check for 30 minutes so I called and they said it would be right out when they get a driver I called about an hour later and asked for my pizza for free cuz I’ve been waiting for almost 2 hours now and all they said was we can’t give out free pizza okay we’ll we asked to speak with a manager and they just said the driver is unavailable okay so that means I can’t talk to the manager……. Never again not to mention I’m one of their regulars

Pizza was just okay. The chicken wings were room temp, soggy and drowning in sauce. I read that Domino drivers are now getting paid $12+ for delivery (similar to NY delivery pay), and there’s also a $7 driving fee which doesn’t include any tip for drivers. A two person meal easily came to be over $40. Lesson learned: go somewhere else with better quality.

last two times i ordered here, it took over an hour and 15 minutes for 4 items or less even though i live less than 10 minutes away, not even 5 maybe. go somewhere else where they’ll actually try because who knows how long you’ll wait for an actual big order.
