Typically a straight forward experience. Call to order, pick up and pay! I’ve never had a bad experience with store reps when calling to order or picking up/delivery. I know exactly what I want when I call and I primarily pick up my order because they always have deals for take out orders, especially when I’m ordering for youth activity night/large group. They’re definitely not gourmet, so having realistic expectations around this is a must and a plus!

We used the app to order and pay for the pizzas and we went and picked up ourselves. The food was ready when we arrived and only had to wait a moment in line to pick it up. The place was clean but had no dine-in area it is pick up and delivery only. But has ample parking. We had gotten 4 large pizzas that came to almost 60$ so for what we got it was a great deal food was good and the service was good.

I couldn’t leave the stars blank to review for next time I try again with this location. The service is almost unwelcome for me, but I don’t have many other options in the lower south providence area. (So i choose dominos). Other places have similar quality, so I will try again with Dominos. But for now, I’m not ordering. Will come for pick up next time, but truly I’m unsure of how it’ll go.

I know a one star review won’t matter to them but whoever made this saw it and thought it was ok to put it in a box. No I don’t want you to remake me one don’t know what the your 3rd grade level of competence employees might do. 23 dollars for this junk and an order chicken. Please for the love of god stop buying from these people. Buy from nice slice or Rita’s pay a little more wait a little longer but at least you’ll get better quality.

I order from this location a lot. I almost always schedule my order in advance, and it nearly always gets to me within 10 minutes of the original desired delivery. I scheduled and order today around 6-6:20 to be delivered at 7:30. It came 30 minutes late, the driver didn’t keep it in an insulated bag, and it was stone cold when it got to me. I called them explaining the situation, and they said the order came 40 minutes *earlier* than it actually did and that I did not schedule it in advance, the driver told them it was hot when she delivered, and they tried to argue it got to me in the normal timeframe from when you order. I told them I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble or blame anyone, but I have the notification timestamps from when the order was placed, in the oven, out for delivery, and when the driver called me. I just wanted a replacement, and they hung up on me so I’m not sure I’m going to get anything. They could pull up my order history, or even just the logs/time stamps for todays order. I had no issues with them prior to this and I order quite frequently, so I’m disappointed this is how they would treat a reliable customer who’s never had an issue with them before and accuse me of lying. I would give Less than three stars, but the previous delivery drivers have been nothing but nice and courteous and I hope they’re doing well.
