Worst location. Stole my money. My girlfriend and I ordered pizza at 7pm on 8/16 and the tracker said completed order at 7:55pm. I called this branch and told them the issue. The person I spoke to called the delivery driver and and the driver said it was delivered. I told them multiple times we circled the whole house and the pizza was nowhere to be found. The employee i was speaking to said it’s our problem and there’s nothing they can do. We asked to speak to the manager and he proceeded to put us on hold and never get back to us. So they can steal our pizza or give it to anyone, any address and it’s not their problem? That’s stealing my money. if I don’t get what I ordered and you can’t refund me, for YOUR mistake, I’m out money for nothing. Horrible customer service, horribly handled situation. The manager and employees on at this time should be reprimanded or fired. DO.NOT. ORDER. FROM. THIS. LOCATION!!!

I always go to this location with my family and order out frequently, there is always a problem with the computer crashing and that leaves me double charged and over drawn if i still want my food, while my order was placed over an hour ago they said they had to remake my order when the computer crashed which makes no sense becausethe computer crashed 40 minutes after my order time which is when they called asking foranother credit card payment… so i lose money, lose my apetite and lose my nerve with the bad manners and management… smh terrible customer service and very rude people who dont belong working in hospitality or customer service… 2 medium pizzas takes ten minutes to make… so there is no reason i should be waiting literally an hour and a half for my order seeing as how i live 5 minutes away. Im super disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM this place ! Horrible service, we literally live 2 min away and our order took more than 1 hour and when finally got our oder from the miserable delivery driver w/ no customer service skills our pizza it was burnt! We also paid for extra cheese and it had hardly cheese on it and we paid $50 for just a large and 2 sandwiches. NEVER AGAIN! you would think since we were 1st time customers they will treat you great so you can be a return customer. NOT !!! The picture speaks for itself. It was burnt all around and also underneath !!! The crust was like eating burnt crackers w/ toppings!!!

After an hour and 10 minutes and seeing his tracker never go past one block away from the store, I got fed up and told them to cancel and refund. If you’re in the Providence area, avoid ordering from here and use the one on North Main.

Worst dominos ever. Orders are always messed up and wrong. weird toppings are always added to my pizza order. false delivery times, gps shows driver driving around a few blocks then returns to the store and mark the pizza delivered. but never arrived at the house.
