Tonight was the first time we ordered from Domino’s in Concord, NH. This site provided the best service and BEST pizza we’ve EVER gotten from Domino’s anywhere including the previous state where we lived for a long time. The order was accurate and HOT when we received it. The delivery driver was very courteous and respectful. We plan to continue using this location in order to support the outstanding staff!! So I’ve called the store since Saturday night. At 10:55 pm I ordered two pizzas I was charged 19.87 for. Well they also charged me 15.98. I’ve been told for almost a week I’d get the funds back and a manager would call me. None of which has happened. I haven’t called corporate and reported them at this point.

I got the garlic/parmesan bread bites and there was no garlic sauce whatsoever and barely and Parmesan it tasted like I was eating slightly undercooked flavorless bread I ate one bread bite and threw the rest of the box out.

They’re great! The bread bowl was my favourite though and it’s hard to understand why they would remove it when they have dough in house for the pizzas. I’ll be ordering from the hookset location from now on as it’s a convenient location and still offers the bread bowl.

Do yourself a favor, before you even entertain the idea of ordering a pizza delivered from the 212 Fisherville road, Concord NH Domino’s franchise, ask them how many delivery drivers are working at the time of your ordering. Sadly, there was only one driver working at the time of our delivery. This was on a lazy Sunday afternoon and it took over a 1:20 minutes to receive our order. Whatever happened to the “30 minutes or it’s free” over-hyped marketing campaign?!? The driver apologized for our luke warm, room temperature pizzas and explained that we were the third and last stop on his three stop delivery run. This franchisee should be honest and upfront about staffing levels with his customers and give them realistic delivery times. For a company (Domino’s) who changed the face of the pizza industry by being the first to start delivering pizzas in the 1980’s this is a terrible disappointment and avoidable by just being honest.

Poor service: Dominos Penacook. I went to the restaurant today to place an order and the door was locked no sign for explanation. I called from outside got a recording with no answer or explanation of what was going on. Came back by after going somewhere else someone was parked on drive up so maybe drive up is all they are doing. Wouldn’t anyone have common sense to put up a sign Drive up only please. Second issue I have had here, can’t wait for Chief’s to get back from vacation.
