I don’t know what happened you guys used to be awesome. I understand staffing issues and what not. But I mean come on 2 hours for a delivery the last 4 times I’ve ordered. Just stop offering delivery because you can’t keep up with it. Then the delivery driver got frazzled and your order fell off the roof??? But your forgot to call and tell me about it so I had to call 45mins after already calling to ask where my order was, and you said it was going out the door now. Also stop predicting delivery tes that’s a joke….18 to 28 minutes means 2 hours and 43 minutes. Don’t bother asking for your money back either they just throw free items at you. I gave them the benefit of the doubt 4 times and number 5 was the last chance

I placed an order at 7:09. After an entire hour passed I checked the tracker, it was still in “prep”. My husband called and the kid said “the driver will be back soon and we didn’t want to start the order without him being back”. We waited another hour and nothing. If you don’t have a driver or are having issues isn’t it your responsibility to call the customer? I have had multiple issues with this location and after this I’m never eating at domino’s again. This company has terrible customer service and management, especially in this location. Do not bother responding to me on here with your generic responses.

I have given these guys plenty of chances over the past 2 years to not screw up my order every time. Forgetting dipping sauces here and there wasn’t a big deal, until it started happening every time I ordered. The kicker was when they failed to bring half of my order and told me replacements would take 2 hours.

Food isn’t always consistent; for example Chicken Alfredo will either be dry or have far too much sauce and chicken is sometimes generous, other times too small a serving. Other than that, deliver people are always cheery and are quality representatives for Dominoes. Restaurant staff are sometimes a bit lackadaisical and lack professionalism when greeting the customer and answering questions. The food is typically great and the delivery service is marvelous!

Easily the worst pizza place I’ve ever ordered from. I stay at a hotel here in Freeport for work and I’ve ordered from this place 4 or 5 times in the last 4 months, each time just hoping that it would be on time and that my order would be correct. No Buffalo sauce on the Buffalo chicken pizza and not even an offer to remake it when I called. Ordered Buffalo chicken pizza again just an hour ago and guess what? No Buffalo sauce. 3 times that I’ve ordered, it’s taken over an hour to get my food. I tip well and I’m courteous. Seems like this place is staffed entirely by stoned highschoolers that don’t give a damn. I’m done ordering from this place.

Rating five stars because the service was great and the food was delicious. I do want to say that I don’t think it’s fair – or safe – to have an employee run and close the store all by herself. I hope this is done differently in the future.
