Many years ago, about 10 or so, I went to Domino’s and was treated so badly that I never went back…until today. I arrived, parked in front of the store and headed in just as another customer drove in and parked next to me. I was looking at the menu and the employee, a very tall, skinny, African American, young man, mumbled something to me which I didn’t hear because of the music blaring in the background. The employee then helped the other customer carry his order to his car and when the employee returned he again mumbled something to me that I could not hear. When I said I’m sorry but I didn’t understand you he ignored me, grabbed more orders and brought them out to the other customers car. I continued to look at the menu and when the employee returned and mumbled again. I said I can’t hear you what did you say and his response was, “You can’t park where you are, you need to move!” Now remember, the other vehicle was parked right next to me. At this point I had had enough. I had been ignored, I wasn’t able to order, the employee never even said, ” I apologize, I’ll be with you as soon as I finish helping this gentleman with his order”, nothing. All I got was mumbling, blaring music and move your car!! It was rude, unwelcoming and infuriating. I got in my vehicle and went to Amatos across the street where I was greeted with smiles and placed a $50.00 order. Now I know why Domino’s parking lot is always empty. Who want’s to be treated like that? Extremely unprofessional. As far as the food I wouldn’t know if it’s good or not. I’ve not been given the chance to order anything in over 10 yrs. Guess I’ll never know because I will NEVER go back.

Good place. Not a lot of issues. We mostly get delivery and they are usually prompt and we get our food hot. A couple times they forgot something, like sauces we ordered or a 2 liter. Nothing major and not frequent. One of the better chain pizza shops in the area.

Absolutely awful place to order from. Ive ordered many times after to see if their service would improve but they haven’t. Messed up my order MULTIPLE times , sent me with someone else’s order, when I went back they gave me cold food and wanted to charged me to have it remade, they charged my card and I never got any food delivered. Super unprofessional, when you asked to speak to a manager they have management who doesn’t know how to handle simple mistakes or situations and then proceed to blame it on the customer. Absolutely beyond myself. Last time this establishment will get a cent from me.

My first order had hardly any ingredients definitely no cheese Russell ever it look like maybe you know the driver got hungry and eat everything office before they delivered it so I got just right I called this is the Lewiston one on Lisbon Street I called dominoes make it up send three little lava cakes as a courtesy sorry we messed up well the second sandwich messed up no cheese whatsoever and they scammed on angry again let’s see if they can make it right for a third time and I will get confiscated something like money this time I don’t want no product don’t want nothing but my money back.
