We ordered extra meat on both pizzas and received less toppings than you typically would without paying for extra. Like, I kid you not, there were like 6 pieces of chicken on a chicken bacon ranch pizza. Same with the pepperoni. Pizza arrived cold. Just unacceptable.

Shouldn’t even get a star at this point. I live 3 minutes drive down the road and they took well over an hour to deliver a cold pizza. Could have handled the wait if the food was at least fresh.

They were very late with my pizza a couple of weeks back. I called my order in. It had the wrong address. I corrected it. It said 25-30 minutes. 1 hour passed and I called. They said that the address was wrong. They could not find it. They said that they would send it now. I asked if it was hot, and the guy said yes. It was finally delivered, and it was cold. I called to say something, but they did nothing about it. And what my order was not right either. I emailed the company and they did not do anything. They said that is I need to have proof, wich I did not have. They did not give me anything with my order in it. I have been trying to stay with them, but they have messed up way to many orders for me to stay. I will stay with Lisbon house of pizza. Never again with domino’s.

An hour after I placed my order I still hadn’t received my pizza. Called to ask if the pizza would free for waiting so long and was told ‘Absolutely Not!” by whoever answered the phone. This person was very rude and unreasonable. Cancelled my order and will not be doing business with this store again.

I ordered my food at 7pm. I live no more than 10 minutes away. It took 1 1/2 hours for my pizza to arrive. No apologies for the delay just “here ya go”. Don’t expect your order to arrive anywhere close to an hour if there even slightly busy. I understand about being short staffed but their attitude about being so late is not acceptable.

I recently bought pizzas for the whole family. The food was affordable; the staff was friendly; the pizzas were delicious! We order from here regularly and have never been disappointed. The orders are always done quickly and with specifications followed perfectly. We have dietary restrictions in the family, so we all appreciate the care they take with our food. I would 100% recommend for anyone who wants some affordable comfort food in a timely manner!
