This is the only place I’ve been ordering pizza for the last couple of years. It’s simple really. They know how to make pizza. I didn’t go out all day yesterday which is very unusual. Around 10 o’clock in the evening, where did I decide to go? Why, Domino’s Pizza, of course! How they can maintain their bright and cheery manner so late into the evening is a mystery. I always order a small, thin & crispy pizza (Crunchy Thin on the menu) as it’s the only one that I feel justified in ordering because it’s less fattening, but it’s also delicious. I’ve ordered Pepperoni with light green pepper and I always ask for light pizza sauce. Last night I ordered a hamburg pizza with light green pepper and onion. I’ve also tried a hamburg pizza with bacon, jalapino peppers, diced tomatoes & onions (usually light on everything, except the meat). As a rule, I prefer a minimum of toppings. I’m usually already there in the parking lot when I place my order over the phone. The estimated wait time is just that. I go in to check sooner than that. More often than not, it’s ready for pickup. So if you’re hankering for pizza, look no further than Domino’s Pizza on Western Ave. in Augusta. They know pizza.

I have been coming to this Domino’s ever since I moved up here back in 2009 and their food has always been hand down DELICIOUS! The staff there is always very kind and very friendly, my food is always exactly how I order, and the wait times have never been to awful has quality pizza can take some time! I appreciate it!

I ordered pizzas online 2 days ago and it was on the tracker I checked the next day it was still on the tracker. So I checked today because I’m picking up the pizzas today and the order was gone so I did the order again and it made me choose a different time slot so I called the store and told them what happened and they had two orders the one originally I had for 5:00 and then another one for 7:00 that I did because the other one didn’t show. So I said cancel the 7:00 one I want the original one the 5:00 and she said I’ll keep it but we can’t guarantee your pizza for that time and I said I ordered it two days ago and she said we have a high call volume and we have to take those orders first we try our best but we can’t guarantee you the 5:00 time and I said well why do they offer a time slot if you’re not able to have the time slot. She said I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do about that so I said thank you cancel both orders I’m going to order from Pizza Hut so I called Pizza Hut and they’re going to fulfill my order for 5:00 pm. The associate tried to call me back from Domino’s but it was too late I already ordered somewhere else. Don’t have an online service that gives you the option to choose what time you want your order if you’re not going to be able to honor what people want

Ordered online, was given a ready time of 18 minutes. When I got to the store after about 15 minutes, the very rude only person in the store told me it would another 30-40 minutes for my order. 15 minutes later he again told me it would be ANOTHER 30-40 minutes for my order. I went next door to Amato’s and my pizzas were ready in under 15 minutes. I for sure will never again order from this Domino’s location.

Ordered delivery. Driver never delivered food. Claimed they called me three times before leaving. I had 0 missed calls. If they don’t deliver the food and you have to go get it, they make you pay for the food again. It can take 3 days or longer to get your original purchase back. There’s a lot of great places in Augusta, just go somewhere else.

Don’t order here. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Worst delivery of my pizza. The guy called and told me to come out into the street to receive it 2 1/2 hours after I order it the pizza was dry and disgusting. I didn’t even think my dog was going to eat it threw it away. Waste of $25. I will never order from this place again.

Recently order two sandwiches, both didn’t have the sauce they are suppose come with, both had the ingredients dumped in the box. Was pretty clear the individual who made these didn’t care, and don’t care about their job with the company. Not the first time this has happened.

Website says open until 1 a.m. called and ordered food at 1230 a.m. arrived and find store is closed door locked employees cleaning. This after I paid for my order over the phone. Knock on the door and the employee yells “closed” and shos me away. Had to wait for a manager to get my money refunded.
