I live pretty close to this store. Hence, this is more likely the place I get my pizza. However, several times, I have observed hygiene rules not being followed. This, to me, is a big red flag, especially since i have worked in the food industry. I am not sure if these workers are trained in food safety, but they really need to get with it.

Do not WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME !! I ordered 2 chicken Alfredo bread bowls paid 28$ for them to be completely destroyed in the box and the other one has raw chicken and raw pasta noodles!! I’ve ordered from them for 7+ years and never had an issue like this one even tho there’s always an issue with the food lately!!

Food is good every other time your order. You give them 100% of your money you’ll get 80% of your food. I order a buffalo chicken I get no hot sauce and every other bit you will have chicken some of the slices of pizza had one piece of chicken on it so if you don’t bite the whole thing in one bit you just bought a expensive cheese pizza. When you ask for a Brooklyn pizza make sure they cut it all the way if not it starts breaking apart if you try to do it by hand

This place closes at 12:00 pm on 1/2/2023 and I’ve been waiting since 11:20 for someone to answer and no one answers I walked in store at 11:35 and employees was busy on personal phone and said he was busy. I observed he was on personal phone ignoring the business phone and explained that and he shoved his shoulders as he didn’t care and was very rude ….

I didn’t enjoy my last call, I’ve called at 12:30 on a Friday night going into saturday morning and waited 10 min before someone picked up, and they quickly hanged up becuase I could hear the click of the phone hanging up on the other end, called again and waited 20 min and then they picked up and said “we’re close” and again quickly hanged up, it said online that they closed at 1 AM, I called at 12:30 am and waited for a long time, I started to believe that they waited for closing time instead of picking up the phone and taking my order.
