Pizza was marked as delivered but it never arrived. Driver called when map showed him at the end of my street. 9 minutes later, no pizza. Map said it was delivered at my address. When I called the store to explain, the person who answered couldn’t be bothered and simply said “he will be there” before even taking my information to look up my order. Waited 5 more minutes and called back only to be hung up on. Called again and the same “pleasant” person answered and said “hold on”, and put me on hold. When I finally got to speak to someone, it was a different person. When they contacted the driver, he said he left the pizza in the lobby..I live in a house, which the driver knew because I instructed him to place it on the front porch. Next time, listen to your customers..treat them like people..and simply take care of your mistakes. To be completely dismissed right away was unacceptable. I asked for a refund and ordered pizza elsewhere. Won’t be back..not because of the mistake but because of how Person #1 handled it. Your employee dismissed a customer who ended up being 100% correct. You have way too much competition in town to be treating customers like garbage.

Its very strange and unbelievable none of the staff was wearing gloves while getting the food ready. I witnessed staff was touching food i.e cheese, cheese bites, dough with their bare hands, even one of the staff was wiping hands with apron every time touching the food even itch the head with same hand. So un-sanitary It cause contamination in food. Whats the deal here???

They don’t honor coupons they send you in email – app order vs online order is same in the world lol however to a pizza flipper they aren’t sure and “idk” is how they respond. I’m getting lazy so I keep trying to order out but I’d much rather leave reviews for how incompetent and I mean it’s government cheese so I won’t call again. I’m going to buy one and only hire NATIVES.

Worst location jus pick up in Rocky Hill theyre kinder know how the app isn’t the best so will honor your coupons and they don’t place the cheese in one section they sprinkle it! Middletown is just a drug user town …
