The customer service inside of this dominoes facility today was unhelpful and rude. The young man decides to stare me down from the back, trying to intimidate me. Not a manly thing to do, stare a customer down, a woman. If I was a big man his size, he wouldn’t have done that. Learn to be a gentleman and try being helpful. I walked in, greeting both gentlemen, and neither one knew how to say hello. I asked questions because the app was not working, and i would have pre-ordered the food. His demeanor, when responding to me, was as if i was bothering him. Then he decided not to help me because i guess i was too challenging for him. That is when he went to the back and put his dirty hands on someone elses pizza. You just were touching the register, sir. Then he stares at me from the back workstation. Im a woman who speaks up for myself. I promise if my husband was there with me, the little (big) boy would have had etticut. If you’re not happy with your job, get a different one! I ended up ordering a pizza from Pronto pizza and it was delicious! The delivery driver was very pleasant as well!

I’m sorry but the food was awful , I ordered a pizza and salad and hands down the pizza was the worst pizza I’ve ever had im really disappointed and not sure how they’re in business. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

What a pleasant visit!! I’ve visited this location twice before and the service this time was more than 5 stars. I believe the guy that helped me was the new manager, not sure but his name is Abdulla. So kind and great attention to detail he even spoke Spanish. Great quality pizza, I will be back soon. I know some have had bad experiences with the New Milford location .. I am a repeat customer. Only one time I have had a bad experience with this store. That time was an extremely busy night causing a long delivery delay. The delivery person was very apologetic. Always good service and delivery in 25-30 minutes or less. Food order is always correct, well made and delicious. The delivery people are always courteous and pleasant.

This is my first negative issue with Dominos. We place the order online for two medium pan pizzas. The the pickup time was 10 minutes after the order was placed????? Can you build a pizza and cook It in 10 minutes???? Obviously NOt!!! The crust on both were under cooked.. The other issue is I found little evidence of any sauce..

First time here I ordered for pickup. When I went to pick up food i attempted to use $100 bill, they said they didn’t accept big bills. No reason, no notice, no signs indicating this. Bring the pizza and cheesy bread home to find both severely undercooked. This time I order delivery, says 35-45 minutes. Email says completed. 1 hour and 15 minutes later, still no food. Called 15 minutes ago, he said if it’s not here in 30 minutes to call. I’d order food elsewhere if I were you.

Placed an order for a cheese pizza and asked for marinara sauce instead of the “house sauce” and also requested no garlic. I hate the gritty feel on the bottom of the pizza and also just don’t prefer garlic on anything. The guy who took my order said it would be about 40 minutes. No big deal. He got here a little after an hour of placing the order. No big deal either. I recognized his voice so I know he’s the one who took my order. He delivered a pizza with Domino’s house sauce AND GARLIC. The pizza also had 3 pieces with huge air bubbles under the burnt cheese.
