Well , I am forced to change my review for now, I ordered a large 5 topping and everything was lacking, I ordered extra cheese and chedar and asiago, there was barely the regular amount, I ordered extra bacon, there was absolutely none on the pizza. Sadly, this was the worst pizza I have ever gotten from dominoes. The parm bread bites were good, but that was it.

Delivery driver was so rude he demanded I tipped him when he arrived to my house. Unprofessional and could be very intimating some other customers. I tipped over the phone so they are clearly trying to take advantage of people. Do better dominos.

There are soo many pizza places in Stamford.. and for some strange reason I gave them another try.. had even worst luck.. this time I was not even able to eat the pizza…. rotten ingredient smelled bad and tasted worst.. the icing of the cake is that you call to let them know and they either hang the phone on you or just dont answer.. My God.. Im writing this experience while smelling the overcooked, rotten pinneaple from the pizza

I would recommend ordering from the domino’s on west Main Street if you can. Both service and pizza are much better there. Not only did I receive the wrong order here but both the manager & delivery partner were rude about it. They did end up sending another pizza but it wasn’t up to the mark (not well baked). I’m not sure if this was done on purpose or the standard here is as such.

Bad customers service, I’ve been calling the location at 946 Hope Street, Stamford Ct 06907 they never picked up the phone. Ten(10) calls after someone picked up, I told them how that’s is bad for business and their customers, ten(10) calls after for one of them to pick up the phone. I didn’t even place my order because the person hung up the phone. Since after that, they blocked my number and my address, I want to know how this is fair for customers. Ten (10) calls after, soon as someone picks up just because u told them about how this is bad for business they hang up on u and then block your number and your address from ordering and delivery. U can’t talk to anyone in charge, no managers or supervisors for u to talk to. DOMINO’S YOU HAVE TO TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES FOR YOUR COMPANY AND YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Poor customer service. They usually turn off the time for 2 minute carside delivery and then don’t deliver. I end up going in to get my pizza. When confronted on the same they were rude instead of acknowledging the delays.

Horrible service they don’t wash their hands and whenever you order for delivery they don’t follow the instructions you give them and expect a tip they get mad if you don’t tip them. I told them I tipped in the app and he got mad and said that was impossible and that he wanted his tip now. Domino’s do better and hire better people. Your employees are unprofessional.
