Well for starters, Natalie who took my call and placed my order didn’t follow through with her job. I picked up the food, arrived home, showered from working out in the sun all day and finally sat down to eat w my Family. You know what, I get everything EXCEPT for the Buffalo sauces and Marinara Sauces. So, now I’m supposed to eat dry chicken & garlic knots??? I called back and Natalie gets nasty with me, never apologizes for her mistake of incompetence. The manager, Q, gets on the phone not knowing all the facts and tells me it wasn’t Natalie’s fault. He says it was the driver’s fault with an attitude. Ummmm, yes sir, if I didn’t pick up my food, you would be right. So, he suggested I wait another 30-40 minutes for a driver to drop off sauces. Wow, this isn’t the same Domino’s Pizza I knew. I hope they get their act together and take accountability without arguing with a hungry customer.

This has to be the worst experience ever. I’v never had a order come to my house 3 different time with the wrong item in it. The manager who was on tonight. Needs to be fired or go threw some type of training to deal with customers. Now it is 10:40 at night and still don’t have my other correct sandwich.

Worst shop ever. Placed an order and waited for 40min only to get a call 40min later fishing for a self pick up, coz it was raining and the shop was reluctant to deliver. Excuse me? It’s been raining and it’s no new news and you can’t call me up and tell me when I placed my order? No more domino ever.

Love this dominos, Ben ordering from there for about 2 years now and they are fast and always on point . The delivery staff delivers at lightning speed, can’t ask more then that. Don’t use any other platform like Grubhub or Uber eats, to Oder dominos . U would not get the lightning speed delivery.. and your pie might just be missing a slice!!!

The pizza was ok. The wings were awful. Don’t order wings here ever. It’s not the employees’ fault, it’s obvious that Domino’s is not cooking these fresh and are likely just heating up frozen pre-cooked wings or something like that. Yuck. Probably the worst wings i ever had. Even Smashburger has better wings than this. Please just stick to the pizza and cheese bread when you order here. The delivery driver was incredibly fast, i couldn’t even get down stairs fast enough to meet him LOL thanks Domino’s next time I’ll just get pizza only and no wings

With the COVID-19 This store gives you the option of picking up food and paying at the store, but in reality when you get your order, the attention is very bad, they leave you waiting outside. Even if it is raining and from outside you have to call so they can process you and take you out. Your order outside does not answer the phones.
