I placed an order on the app and the food was here in 10 minutes (which I didn’t know was even possible), delivered by the awesome Brandon who was wonderful to deal with. He thanked me for my tip and very humbly gave credit to his awesome team at the Rutherford store. The food was delicious and fresh and I can’t speak highly enough of the team at this stores. They will always be my store of choice. 5 stars all the way!!!!!

Steven was on time and polite, followed directions of notes when delivering pizza. This was not my first time ordering from this location. Today, surprised me though due to pizza and breadsticks with cheese burnt. Pictures says more. Pizza was still nice and HOT. Hopefully, it was just one of those days were cook was not themselves.

Giving 3 stars because first time having bad experience at this place. I ordered pizza with cheesy bread, but cheesy bread was unbaked. I called to the store and advice keep the bread and hand over the unbaked bread to driver we will send you new one. The promise given by the store operator was false. I been calling them from past 4 hrs and same answer I am getting it will send someone. It doesn’t matter to me to get new one or not it is just about the service they are providing. Never want to post anything but long wait and still not delivered my cheesy bread as promised made me post this to help other customers.

This location on Union Ave, Rutherford NJ is the worst. I paid at the store for my order rushing for my two boys and when I went to use my debit card using the chip, never again, it said remove card but the employee said it did not go through so I inserted the card again and it “went through” this time. This was around 3pm and at about 10:19pm and 10:22pm someone took almost $400 from my card via an ATM in a town 25 minutes away from where we live which is in Rutherford as well. Then this morning another $242 was taken. I felt something wasn’t right when the employee asked to insert the card again plus PayPal only saw one attempt at this location for the transaction. When I went to confront the employee this morning after 10am, he was super nervous and when I asked to speak to the manager, he said she doesn’t arrive until 5pm. No Manager until 5pm? He called the manager while I was there and only spoke Spanish to her even though he spoke perfect english. What he did not know was that I’m hispanic and I asked why are you speaking Spanish? He was very surprised that I spoke Spanish. I filed a police report and will be getting an attorney to contact Domino’s headquarters as well. This is insane and illegal.

Hello, every time I entered Domino’s Pizza in East Rutherford NJ the store is always immaculate, The young man (Raheem) and his employees are always working HARD to get each customers order prepared and READY in a timely matter. Raheem and his employees are always Kind and very Professional, my Pizza is always the best quality you could ask for! That is the HONEST TRUTH! I’m always impressed with there team work and caring about easy Customer that enters the Store.!

This place is horrible. Just went on Saturday 4/22/23 & no1 speaks English, they had no gloves on or hair nets, I asked for garlic bread the dummy gives me garlic sauce & for a large pie, 16 wings, tater tots & dessert $60 smh I could of ordered next doors pizza & got alot more & fresh pple who are clean & wear protective gear. They need new mgmt bc those dumbinicans are just as dumb as they look. Will never ever ever go back here food was even rubbery gross!!!

Unfortunately, we made a simple order here and we were lied to twice. I made a 1st call at 8:21pm and was told the order would arrive between 1hr and 1.5 hrs. No order arrived. Then I called at 9:56pm to ask for the ETA of the order. We were told that it hasn’t arrived because they we super busy. But now that it’s calmed down, our original order would arrive within 30 to 35 minutes. I’m writing this at 11:20pm and the Order never arrived up to now. Not ordering from here again for a long while until the staff here is better trained or replaced for better staff. As for tonight, we made an order and gave our money to a much better competing business and received most excellent service from our other chosen pizzeria. Domino’s.
