Their Philly Cheesesteak Loaded Tots were an absolute delight! The combo of crispy tots, tender steak, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers created a mouthwatering flavor explosion. But the Melty 3 Cheese Loaded Tots didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The cheese toppings lacked a distinct flavor profile & I found the overall taste to be rather bland.

When I walked in, the environment was very hostile. The employee today at 12:45 pm was literally tossing pans, slamming boxes, carelessly sprinkling toppings (to the point where a decent amount wasn’t even falling on to the pizza), mishandling pizzas from the oven by aggressively trying to take it off the pizza pan. He notified me that the pizza was not ready, despite the online tracker saying that it is ready, as it fell. And I can only imagine why he would say that.

Ordered from here the day after Thanksgiving. My son and his cousins had a little pizza party. Spent $30 for a large pizza ($6 tip included) and this is what was delivered to me. I find it hard to believe this passed the “quality check”. Tasted like cardboard and had no sauce. Good thing kids don’t know what good food is, so they did eat it. Terrible

Their service is so poor. Everyone that works there sound so miserable and the delivery guy stands outside the house just so he can beg for a tip when I placed the order for the food that clearly says “CONTACTLESS” called the manager he stated there’s nothing he can do but give a verbal warning. Don’t order from this location .. I worked there for a year and they have honestly gotten a lot worse .. This is how my pizza’s were when they were delivered to my home . When I tried to call back, I was on hold for an hour just to not speak to anyone. No one answers the phone. They delivered half eaten pizzas. I don’t know who the manager is or who hired them but I know for a fact, they should be fired 100%.. The whole order was about $30 and this is what I received.. This is 100% unacceptable and I should get my money back or new fresh WHOLE pizzas but no one answers… DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! YOU ARE OFF ORDERING FROM PIZZAHUT WHICH IS ABOUT 5-15 FROM THE DOMINO’S IN SOUTH PLAINFIELD.. You will be disappointed and this is coming from a former employee..!!!

My order sat in their “Quality Check” for 42 minutes an hour for Dominos is a joke. Once it arrives they forgot the Steak on the Cheese Steak Pizza… Look at the picture below at how this garbage looks! This franchise needs to get it together! I ordered delivery for 7:30pm today. It showed up at 9:10pm, 1:40 late. Not only that, but it was cold and the order was WRONG! I ordered cheesy bread and a medium pizza with half pepperoni and Philly steak. The pizza that came was mushroom and onion.

I placed an online order at about 1pm on 4/19/23. The worker, John made the wrong pizza. No customers in there and no other pizza’s made. Glad I opened it 1st. I had to call him to the front because he was on the back on his phone. So had to wai for him to make another. Mind you I was on my lunch break and had to get back. No discount, sat my change on the box, didn’t even put it in my hand. Smh. Horrible customer service.

2 hour wait for delivery. No courtesy call to notify that the estimated wait time will be longer. Ordered 8 piece boneless chicken(2 orders) and from the pics you can see this is not 8 pieces. Pizza is cold and from what you see, it’s also falling apart. The driver Bryce was rude. Their excuse is always “I’m the only driver” . It says Jessica prepared our order. Jessica you did horribly. Nothing ever gets done with these reviews but I figured I’d share anyway and I will be placing a phone call to their corporate office and disputing this transaction with my bank
