I’m very happy with my Domino’s (Niagra) and always order online – delivery is prompt and very friendly. Pizza always hot. Drivers are very courteous and call when they get to my building. I’ve never had to go downstairs to pick it up, they bring it to my floor. No complaints!

Worst Domino’s EVER! They are usually great on other places, but this one should be closed! They’re messy, and completely disrespectful to their customers. There’s always an issue with every order, from missing items, to wrong items and even NO TOPPING PIES!!! I’m afraid to keep reporting these issues because someone could very well be doing them on purpose — which I could swear is already happening because there’s no way I have a problem with EVERY ORDER! It’s insane to have such a CARELESS MANAGEMENT. So disappointed.

I had to change my review because the pizza that my family ordered tonight left something to be desired. Fortunately, my mom said that it tasted better than it looked. That’s the only reason why this Domino’s is getting a 3 instead of a 1. I’m also wondering what is wrong with the person who cut these slices. Terrible-looking pizza. Please do better.

This store service used to be good, but not anymore, I’m disappointed again, they left me two pizzas cold, hard and dry as rubber, dominos needs another store with better quality here in the neighborhood, like this they probably begin to respect the customers who pays to have a quality pizza.

So I used to order every week for myself and always has a little problem, forget something, change. I let go . But the last time they switched something that’s was charged $8.95 for a $5.95 one , I decided to complain. Next time I order, they didn’t delivery. I have instructions that need to text me or ring the first bell . ( I don’t get phone calls ) they text me once and lefty. When I call no answer!!! I made a complaint no answer!!!

Worse experience ever, 4 hours waiting for the order when I live 10 mins away, called 3 times and the employee lie, on my app the order was saying completed and driver never arrived, then called and the employee told me the car was not working, then that the driver was coming and it will take 20 mins, then a lady which was super unprofessional hang out the phone on me!! Don’t Order from this place is a waste of time !!!
