The most incompetent set of workers. I ordered a chicken habanero sandwich and received bread with cheese and pineapple. My pizza barely had any toppings on it. I’m sick of paying & tipping for BELOW standard food. All I got was an offer for a discounted pizza. I want my money back!

Dominio corporate and this location does not care about customers. They care about scamming people out of hard earned money. Wait 2-3 hours for orders. They never answer phone or if they do they lie. The order is never right. They replace beverage all the time with other than ordered. Try contacting corporate and they are just as bad with try us again with a 50% off only online orders at FULL PRICE. Please I’ve tried them 4x only because my child and her friends like it but no more! You would think after 3 years I see of complaints for this location someone would expose them. I wish my orders would go to another location instead of this one online!!!!

Usually I don’t have a problem but, this time was horrible. I placed my order I had to help the young lady spell my name, they were understaffed because it was only 2 of them in there at first. The young mans attitude was horrible, he was fussy and the interaction with him and his coworker could’ve been worked out when the guests have left. He was tossing utensils you heard them clinging. At the end of the day some other guys just came out of nowhere, I had my kids with me, my pizza crust was dry, other patrons were frustrated, it was getting crowded, and my food looked like it was tossed meaning my loaded tots. Overall experience not happy at all.

Staff takes very long to make orders and doesn’t make the orders right. They took unbelievably long for two pizzas i ordered at 9:46 and the wait time said 12 minutes and when i got there after 15 minutes my pizza were still not ready.

I order from this Dominos about twice a month. 20% of the time my order is incorrect but I never complain I just eat it. A few days ago I paid for a large pizza and they gave me a medium, so I decided to say something and they offered me credit for a free large pizza (which I appreciated). So I just called to place the order and give my phone number so I can get the free pizza and they told me that they have no idea what I’m talking about and they don’t give away free pizza. I mean cmon guys, get it together.

Just like the customer a few comments below. I tried so many times to give this Dominoes a chance to do right. They just can’t get the order right, the timing right, they run out of popular menu items, they’re not updating the app to let you see what stage your order is in……..I give up. They just can’t get right. Tonight the messed up my order. They omitted 2 items that I’ve already paid for. When I call the girl on the other end sounded sincere and I actually believed that they would get the 2 missing items out to me in 20 minutes from about 7:45pm. It is now 9:48pm. If it did come tonight… which I doubt it…. I’m throwing that ish right in the garbage. I’m done!

Dominoes pizzerias are straight garbage. This one doesn’t even deserve the one star that I had to give it. I called to get a status update on my pizza that I ordered an hour ago and the manager proceeded to tell me that he was the only person in and all his employees called out. I told him that I’ve been waiting for my pizza an hour, and I expected to be reimbursed as the promotion and advertisements all over the television state, he refused to reimburse me and when I told him I’d call corporate, he said go ahead will never order pizza from Domino’s again. Manager was very rude.

The store has to be one of the worst stores with the worst customer service. Ordered my food online so I can come in the store and pick it up when it was done. When I got to the store they continue to create other orders. Completely ignore the fact that I’m there to just pick up my order. And then have the nerve to tell me that I have to wait while they make the other food. That defeated the whole purpose of me ordering the food online. They’re just nasty they don’t know how to treat customers let alone how to multitask or prioritize.

Food arrived extremely quick and the pizza tastes great, no complaints! Not sure why this place gets a bad rep, in terms of quality, this place never disappoints. I won’t lie, there have been times where the service was slow but nothing terrible. Besides, as long as the food comes hot, I personally don’t mind the delay.
