HORRIBLE SERVICE. My order was served incorrectly, my pizza was missing jalapeños and also no garlic dipping or marinara, so i called dominos to tell them that my order is not correct. Jon was talking to me on call and he was giving me attitude and while i was talking he hung up on me. I was okay with only receiving jalapeños and my sauces instead of a new pizza and this guy gives me attitude instead of saying sorry “i made the pizza the way i make it and i did add jalapeños” so this guy was tell me i was lying. I don’t know if this place is even worth 1 star. Please find a separate domino’s and avoid this location, made my night horrible. I understand mistakes happen but giving attitude after making one is not right. Plus it was my dad who was eating with me and its not acceptable. See the pictures tell me if u see jalapeños. Plus at pizza place he refused to serve chilli flakes and oregano. Like really?

Ordered veg pizza through app from this shop, I got delivered a meat pizza. Reported issue on the app and also called the shop. I was assured by some representative on replacement which was not delivered even after an hour. So called the shop again they hung up on me after hearing my problem. Called them many times they did not pick my call. I reached out to customer support and got the problem ticket raised that too after answering 30-40 questions. Some one from shop calls me immediately and then I got my order cancelled after a long argument. Absolutely 0 customer service, will never order again from Domino’s. Not a single star worth service had to give one to post it.

If I could have a 0 star I would terrible customer service, bad language they do not know how to speak to people they need manners. They are playing around not making the pizza with gloves super unsafe. No bathrooms they seriously need to get bathrooms in there. Terrible everything.

Customer service is too bad. They are taking charges for sachet of Oregano and chili flakes. And yesterday my bill for one medium size pizza was 14.38$ I payed 15$ and they gave me change only 20¢ instead of 62¢. Same this happened after while pizza ready. I asked for 2L soft drink they charged 3.19$ I payed 20$ and returns me 16.20$ rest of change they kept. I asked for remaining change that time they told me we are charging 50¢ for each sachet of Oregano and Chili flakes

Best pizza i’ve had from Domino’s! They put very generous amount of toppings and cheese compared to other Domino’s locations. The delivery person was really nice. Although, the sauce was too little i could barely taste it. I hope there was a mistake and I’ll get enough sauce next time.
