I have to admit that the pizza was hot and tasty, however, my wings were not the best. I only got one wing top (the one that looks like a drumstick and everyone likes) the rest were the other part. This has never EVER happened anywhere!!! It was only one order of wings for myself. I will never order from them again because this should’ve never happened. It should have been equal. Sorry, but yes!

I have ordered in advance from this location over 3 times. Every time, the order that I placed 24 hours in advance, is not ready when I arrive for pick up. I am always left waiting for 15-20 minutes after my pick up time. Girl at the front will say 5 minutes and it ends up being triple that time. Not sure why orders placed in advanced cannot ever be ready on time. I’ve given this location enough chances and will not be ordering from here ever again, unless Im looking for a way to waste 20 minutes of my time.

Excessive waiting time for order, the dominos tracking app is scam, it shows your order delivered when it hasn’t even left the store. Don’t call the store about your order, they will tell you how they don’t care and just wait. Order eventually arrived, love cold pizza

The pizza took an hour and a 1/2 so it came in a soggy cardboard box. I had to transfer it to a plate so that it didn’t taste like cardboard when I reheat it! The manager would not give any instruction for a tracker that read the pizza was delivered 45 minutes ago. Horrible service and horrible explanation. It’s not fair that you can’t choose the store you want to order from.

If I could rate ZERO stars I would. Actually -100 would be more accurate. This establishment basically stole money from me. Ordered Sausage and Pineapple pizza and got Pepperoni and I have no idea what the other grey meat was but it was not sausage. I can’t stand pepperoni and will not eat anything it touches . So needless to say I had to throw away an entire pizza and starve for the rest of the day as I was working and ordered this for my break with the last extra cash I had. Worst part is this was an online order so the word Pineapple was written out and the word pepperoni was nowhere on the order. This means this establishment either hires extremely lazy or uneducated employees and neither is acceptable.

I placed ordered online for pickup. When the online tracker indicated that my order was ready I walked the six blocks over thinking I’d be in and out. Not so. Only part of my order was ready so I had to wait at least 10 minutes. Why indicate ready if not ready? When I got home and opened the pepperoni pizza box it did not look appetizing at all. I tried one slice and it had too much sauce. Could not eat anymore. The two stars is for the boneless chicken which was okay. My first and last time here.
