I had a very terrible experience ordering pizzas at this place . The driver took my order to a wrong address . We called to complain we didn’t receive the order . I spoke to the Manager over the phone. She was naive and rude . She chose to believe the driver’s story over mine . The driver insisted he delivered to my address. While explaining to the lady over the phone we didn’t see any pizza , she hung up the phone on me . I decided to drive to the pizza place . Fortunately I met the driver there and upon interrogation the driver realized he delivered to a wrong address . The manager chose not to apologize but rather asked me to shush and step outside before she could process a refund . She called the police because I refused to step out. The police eventually arrived and asked her to refund my money . Pls avoid this place like a plague. Horrible customer service!!!

Slowest delivery service and horrible phone service! Ordered twice from this location and both times I’ve been let down with soul crushing agony of no pizza being delivered. First night I ordered and my order was never delivered because it was 9 minutes too late for delivery. Even though I had ordered it before 10pm on a weekday. Had to cancel that order. Tried giving them another chance and they totally blew it. Placed an order just before 10pm to still not have it typing this all out around 11:30pm. I never saw the delivery driver, never got a phone call even though I got a text notification saying the driver was on his way! I went out of my dorm building twice trying to see if I saw the driver or not, of course his delivery tracking wasn’t working to make things more complicated than they had to be! Never got a phone call once again, and I never saw the delivery driver standing out there in the freezing cold. This store was a place I frequented when I lived off campus so I know its just a short 10 minute drive away! There’s no reason why any driver shouldn’t have a sign on top of their car because it can be hard to see which car is delivering pizza or just a student parking in the lot. As I type this, I still am waiting for my order of a medium cheese pizza and bread twists. I could have walked to pick up my order faster than wait almost two entire hours for this order to show up! This will be the last time I order from this location with either delivery or carry out! I’d put 0 stars if it let me!

Probably one of the only times I can say I ordered a GF pie from Dominos and it felt like I was eating a regular hand tossed pie instead. Thank you guys so much for allowing me to enjoy my pizza from corner to corner seriously. Had to leave a review!

7 Domino’s. One town away from me. Horrible service and lazy people. Haledon, North Haledon, Fairlawn and Glen Rock. Lazy people that can’t do a job they get paid for. EVERY LOCATION IS BEING REPORTED TO CORPORATE. Lazy people. 8 locations are being posted all over every social media outlet as well. Horrible lazy people. Board of health should do an inspection of these places too.

Forgot my pizza then was hung up on 3x when I called. I drove there and the delivery driver said ” I thought something was wrong with rhat order.” The manager said he was making me a new pizza and I waited 10 min. When I got home a mile away the pizza was cold never made me a new pizza just had me wait to give me the old .
