Pizza was overbaked on top. I ordered a 14″ Handtoss pizza, half plain and half pepperoni. It was great to get 50% off, but it just wasn’t worth it. Pepperoni tasted like old deli meat on the first bite. Pizza was cut crooked. I am not sure if the hand tossed crust is oily and covered in herbs and cheese, but that’s what I received. Most of the slices out of the box kept separating in half. I don’t think I’ll be back.

We’ll I placed my order at 6:12 and the tracker still said prepping at 7:45. I called the store at 7:50 since it was getting close to 2 hours and was told they have 1 driver and they have no clue when it would be delivered. So I asked if I should cancel it and he told me yes. I was kinda speechless that the employee told me I should cancel.I told him okay to cancel, I also used my reward for a free pizza and I didn’t get it back after the order was cancelled. Not sure I will ever be ordering from this location again as this is the second time I had an issue. The last time it took over an hour and half to get the delivery that was quoted for like 40 mins. Also this place is less than a mile from my home.
