I usually never have problems with this place but they didn’t have mozzarella cheese and forgot to add a topping to our pizza. I ordered the lava cakes and was given the cinnamon twists instead, I tried calling and got no answer.

this is the usual dominos i order from and never have an issue but the last 3 times i have ordered from this location they have canceled all of them no explanation. the location says they close at 12 and all orders were made at least 2 hours before their closing. if they aren’t going to operate within those hours they should change them online.

Overall I’ve had a positive experience at this location. Today however, they might have been overwhelmed and understaffed. I called in an order, and after waiting half hour I was advised they hadn’t even started the order so I had no choice but to cancel the order and get dinner elsewhere.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent pizza delivery I received. Despite ordering at 10:30 PM, the preparation took an excessive 1 hour and 30 minutes. Additionally, my attempts to contact your establishment went unanswered. To add to the frustration, the delivery arrived at 1:20 AM when no one was available to receive it. Complete nonsense

My husband and I ordered for here not even an hour ago and we were missing a few items tried calling the store to get them redelivered we got no answer than I tried re ordering my missing items online twice and the order got canceled each time! To say we are annoyed is an understatement all we wanted was what we were missing to be delivered but this was very unnecessary. Won’t be ordering from here again

Placed an order and after about an hour I checked the ” tracker ” and was still being prepped. I tried calling the store to cancel but was on hold for 25 mins!!!!! Seriously, 25 mins and no DOMINO’S TEAM MEMBER CAN’T PICK UP!? So we ordered elsewhere and about 3 hours later the driver was knocking on my door! Haha, are you kidding me?!?! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, COMPLETE JOKE!!!!

I put in an advance order about 4 hours before my requested delivery because I was going out for the night and this was intended to be dinner for my son and the babysitter. After missing the requested delivery time, I called the store and was informed there was an issue with the driver and I could pick up instead. I couldn’t as I had already left. Had the location shown any common sense and a degree of customer service and called me ahead instead of waiting for me to call them when it was already late, I could have done that (they only had 4 HOURS NOTICE of the delivery time after all). They told me I would be the next delivery out. I simply asked they keep an eye on the food to make sure it was fresh and remake the order if it was sitting long. The employee assured me they would do that if it sat for too long.

I just wanted to share that even though my order took almost 3 hours to get to me, the worker who I spoke with on the phone was so accommodating when I called. I didn’t call to complain or scream at them for a long wait on a Tuesday night, I was just hungry. The team knew they took a while and shortly after receiving my food, I got an email from dominos giving apologies for the delivery and was offered a coupon for my next order. Although this wasn’t the best experience, the food was still hot and good! Please be kind to people 🙂
