Really great pizza by Domino’s standards. Amazing customer service as well. They had the wrong sauce on one of the pizzas we ordered and they offered to deliver out a correctly made one. Exceeded my expectations by quite a bit. Keep up the great work!!

So I ordered a pizza for someone else and the driver Alicia called me about do I want to put a tip since when do you ask about a tip further more it was not my money to place a tip and had the nerve to hang up on me and lie when I called back saying her call dropped I’m reporting her as soon as the holiday over

Dropped into the store to order. Placed my order, Brooklyn style pizza. Paid. Was told order would be done in 10-15minutes. Not so! Ok, no problem. Checked back at 15minutes. Not done. New person at the desk was weird giving off a strange vibe. Waited in the store. At 30 minutes still waiting. Checked at the counter again. This time told “your order was ready…a while ago”. Manager said “you didn’t check the board”. My reply, “My name never appeared.. the order didn’t show on the Order Board… my name was never called”. The Manager then said “well we’re really busy”. Basically saying.. “Oh well here’s your pizza” . My unspoken reply..”Never another dime…not one! Your Customer Service is awful!”

I’ve dealt with Maple Shade & Cherry Hill Dominos. Cherry Hill is by far the best. Never any issues what so ever! Maple Shade Dominos was always an adventure to employees with shirts off making food or just poor quality. Keep on rocking Cherry Hill!!!
