So I am giving 5 stats because they are always spot on with customer service. I have gotten 2 cold pizzas from them before… and you think that would make me knock down a star… but they give me another free pizza before I even complain about it. They send an email out if the pizza takes too long with a coupon for a new pizza. I love that. Saves me the hassle of calling and complaining.

Originally and for very long this place was 2 stars only because of other food. Their pizza was trash can worthy each time. RECENTLY however , they have gained new employers who have been listening and not creating soggy pizzas. nice Glow Up

I ordered today 4 pizzas, The cheese pizza were fine but there is no taste, and the two buffalo pizzas that I uploaded the pictures is disgusting the amount of hot sauce was too much and you can’t even eat them because the cheese is mixed with the sauce Which make it hard for the cheese to stay on the top of the pizza, horrible driver Eric so rude and unprofessional but the good thing the lady on the phone she is so polite and respectful and she refunded me my money so I appreciate that, thank you so much to the lady but no one else.

The order is almost always correct and i would give a 5 star, but the order almost always takes at least an hour even for the most basic items so they get a 3. They’ve told me they’re always busy and i do not believe it one bit.

I ask you this question: What is customer service? My 78 year old mother called your Turnersville location, and nobody picked up the phone, and after 13 minutes of being on hold , I decided to drive her to this location to order a pizza at the counter for her while she waited in my car. I addressed the 13 minute wait, and the response I received was “my bad”, and then I was told: “YOU HAVE TO ORDER FROM THE APP”. Did you just read that? Hmmm: what is customer service? From my past customer service experience at a pizza shop/restaurant, the phone call would have been answered, and then, only if the phones were not operational, would a genuine empathetic apology for the inconvenience in a professional tone would of been issued at the very least. In addition, the customers order would have been taken at the counter and THE SALE manually entered in the computer to avoid any further inconvenience of additional time wasted ordering through an inefficient Dominos APP. What’s inefficient about it? It sent the order to another location, even after I entered Turnersville NJ 08012 location. One of the Dominos employees came over to their computer, canceled the order, and then entered my order manually. They couldn’t do that when I first arrived and wanted to order at the counter?? I waited for my order while my mother watched in horror as the employee making the food scratched his nose and face over the pizza he was making, and didn’t use gloves while making her food. Wawa, Chipotle, etc mandates that their employees wear gloves. I guess Domino’s chose not to be sanitary? This is completely unacceptable. I advised my mother to call Angelo’s Pizza next time. From my experience, they do not have a problem answering their phones, being sanitary, and applying genuine customer service.

Please don’t give your business to these people. Plenty of nicer dominos to purchase from locally. I’ve been calling for months trying to reach the staff. First the manager said I had to talk to the district manager. I waited almost 2 months, checking back in every 10 days. Never called me back to resolve this. The manager now won’t call me back and dominos corporate says since it’s a franchise they can’t do anything. Unbelievable. Awful customer service and very clear they don’t care about or respect customers.
