Order pizza my food said delivered at 5:38pm and I did not receive anything and at 5:43pm I called the store to see where my pizza was he told me to wait 10 minutes cuz the app is messed up so it was not delivered yet. So I wanted 15 minutes still no pizza I called back and my delivery man delivered to the wrong house. Went back to the house and took the pizza from the people then drop it off to my family. How nasty and disgusting that is don’t know what the people did. Not only that my cinnamon nots was eating out of. WORST service every no longer will be ordering from this place no more.

I ordered from the app, chose Garlic Parmesan Sauce instead of Tomato Sauce. This is what I got. I thought I made a mistake while ordering it, and I checked the app to reorder (I was really craving for pizza). I submitted another order with same pizza, and double even triple checking if I clicked on the Garlic Parmesan option and yes I did. Then after a few minutes, I’m checking the app again while it was in Quality Check process, and saw that it doesn’t say Garlic Parmesan. Then I’m calling the store in a rush for asking the reason if there’s a problem with app or what. They responded ‘BECAUSE WE’RE OUT OF GARLIC PARMESAN’. ?????????????? Okayyyyy totally understandable you could just give me a call and tell me that you don’t have garlic parmesan sauce instead of sending me an EMPTY pizza that tastes gross. They were almost sending me that gross empty pizza again. Unbelievable!!

Several times the online system cancelled my order but still charged my card so I talked to the manager (this guy who looks like fat Albert) and he said I have to call customer service despite the fact that I can show him the charge on my debit card. All this to try to order a pizza. I have never been charged by a take out place and had them refuse to give me what I was charged for this is the result of the place being run by children and an untrained manager

I stopped by to order a take- out pizza and the staff barely wanted to take my order and then it took 25 mi minutes. Take a look at this pie! Huge bubbles and cheese & sauce everywhere. I used to work and Domino’s Pizza and I know that there is a corporate standard for what should not go out the door. My pizza was a fail and at over $17 for take-out, I will not be going back. And for the record, I was not a Karen in any way, nor did I complain. I placed my order, waited in my car, picked up my pie and went home to find the monstrosity.

Every time I call to order they take forever to pick up and then they say pickup or delivery but when you answer they just cut the line. After many tries they can’t get your order right and then they charge you wrong like one time I ordered one pizza and they charged 50 bucks. Employees are rude and don’t listen and it takes forever for them to get your order right.

Placed order for carside carryout, hit “I’m here” and waited 7 minutes and no one ever came out. Had to go in and pick it up myself and employees were rude and argued that I was not out there when I was. This location is always late, always ignores special requests (ex. extra sauce or toppings), and the slices are always unevenly cut and not cut through all the way so you have to get a knife to finish cutting through it yourself. If you have ANY other Domino’s locations near you that you can use as an alternative, I can not stress enough that you should try your luck someplace else.
