On January 1, 2023 a driver delivering for this Domino’s drove their car into our fence causing over $1000.00 in damage. We tried to work with the driver and Domino’s directly but neither is taking responsibility. The drivers insurance company may deny the claim because he was not covered commercially. Our next step is pursuing our legal options againt both.The driver was beligerant and the owner was combative. His car should never have been allowed to deliver as it already had extensive damage to the front end and the light was held in by duct tape. We are entitled to compensation for our loss. Usually this dominos is great. The pizza was good as usual. This time we did get back a $3 tip. Go so we are sitting outside, when its ready the employees have 2 minutes th walk outside to bring it to your car.
