The food is normally accurate and pretty good. Delivery is normally on-time and always friendly drivers. I don’t like the $11.99 minimum for delivery in addition to a $4.99 delivery fee. Most places either have a minimum for free delivery, or a fee for delivery, not both. Take out has been awesome all around. Accurate orders, quick and on time, friendly awesome staff during pick up .

If you like cardboard pizza, dirty dining room and bathrooms and a nasty manager this is the place for you ! ! ! Really folks there are so many awesome pizza places in Ocean City… Express, Manco and Mancos, Preps, Primo (in alphabetical order) etc. even Sack of Subs known for their subs has better pizza, ditto WAWA – I’d prefer frozen Acme pizza to this place

This location was open, accepted my order, but didn’t make or deliver it. They claimed they decided to close an hour early, yet their system accepted and charged me. If a location is open until 1am and an order is placed at 12:40 it should be fulfilled. When I called and asked I was wouldn’t be refunded for up to two days even though absolutely no food was delivered…when they were opened. If I could give 0.stars I would. Staff working on the night of Sept 4th should be let go for terrible service.

Gave this location a second try. I am not sure why you have a tracker. Last time it said it arrived when it never did and the person on the phone who kept referring to me as ‘buddy’ offered nothing other than the tracker is not always right and they only had 2 delivery drivers. We are 3 minutes away. We are at a business otherwise we would just pick it up. This time our order was done but sat there for over 45 minutes before it was ‘on delivery” and when it came it wasn’t quite everything we ordered. Horrible customer service. Too many other pizza places on the island. Go down to Piccini’s! A little more money but better quality and MUCH better customer service!

You can’t sell your product if you don’t answer the phone. I called to order several pizzas for the baseball team and after listening to 5 minutes of domino advertisements I was on hold for another 5 minutes. I hung up and called back to go through the same thing. I hung up again and called another pizza shop in Ocean City and they answered the phone and got an order for 5 pizza pies. 5 stars to Piccini’s for answering the phone. They are my new go to pizza shop.

Remember when Dominos was ” 30 minutes, or less?” Now, it’s 30 minutes before your order even goes into the oven! Cold food…probably not enough drivers. Driver/phone person Erika lies and says food is on the way when it’s not even in the oven. Had to call twice.
