Worst dominos I’ve ever had to deal with. They marked my order complete and when I called to check after not receiving it, I was told they do not follow the dominos tracker. The manager Rahkim or Rahim whoever it is, is very impatient and rude. After being hung up on twice, I called again to cancel my tip on the order. Instead they canceled my entire order. Ended up having to wait for the transaction to cancel with my bank for 7days. Also, if you live in an apartment complex or building they will NOT come to your door. They make you come outside to wherever they are parked. Which made me feel completely unsafe not knowing anything about the driver.

Ok, at approximately 6pm my sister ordered a pizza from Dominoes. They asked her the room # and she was pleased they finally delivered to the room. I came up to my room and husband told me I had to go to front of Casino to meet Dominos. Mind you we’re on the 44th floor. Went down, driver appeared to be stuck in one area for a long time (like 20 mins). I kept calling & texting, she kept telling me where he was. 30 mins, 45mins, she’s calling again. After 1 hour I tell both valets I’ll be right back I went to get her phone. Mind you, we had other orders coming from Uber X3. WaWa order came, Ice cream order came, etc. These were called in 25 minutes after pizza order. I’m running these up and have 4 people out front looking for pizza delivery. Finally I believe 7:15 sister calls Dominos manager and cancels pizza. Guy didn’t call or show up going on 75 minutes. It was 9:30- 9:50 the actual driver calls and states he’s here to deliver the pizzas or something to that effect,the valets were calling me on my cell and the room phone, we were all laughing and it was so loud from everyone calling, it was crazy. The manager is like “ oh yeah we’re going to refund the money”!!!!! Like $40.00. This was the first issue, then we had a second issue with one of the restaurants here, plus ordered snacks and drinks from Uber and the store was out of everything. So the order that started out at $110.00 wound up to be $39.00. So Atlantic City totally sucked for our girls night in for dinner, plus our girls night in for Movies! All the people showed up without their kids and were free for the night but Harrah’s kinda ruined every thing else. Plus Atlantic City itself didn’t help, is this supposed to be a party city or what?? WTH?

The worst dominos I have ever had. The customer service is pathetic, the person who took our order, I don’t know the name, was very rude. The pizza was the worst. I ordered a 5 topping pizza, each slice had 1 topping which literally had no taste in it. I felt like I was having bread and pizza sauce. Very bad. Do not recommend anyone to go to this location. I wish i could give 0 stars. I called from my phone and no one picks up but same time i call from a friends phone and they pick up within seconds. Our order had 3 cheesy bread and when it go delivered there were only 2 so had to end up sharing. Worst Dominos. Should think about service and accuracy.

The food I was order definitely didn’t match the way it supposed to be wings are not cooked , expaired and not even properly sauced ; about the pizza was terrible Regular bread is thinner than this pizza for sure if I knew I am going to have this pizza I will rather order regular bread from 7/11 and some cheese on the side and warm it up by microwave . I trashed wings and have same pizza after some time my stomache got hurt very painfully I taught I got poison and plus for all this drama I have paid 35$ ; just the remind and advise if you ever need to food order from this store please think about your health and your money good luck
