Definitely not the best place for pizza but it is quick and convenient. The store seemed to be in pretty good shape and was clean as far as I could see. The kitchen worker did not seem to know what was going on as he repeatedly had to be told how to do what they do and just couldn’t get it right. I probably will not go back but only because I don’t care for the low quality food.

my pizza was definitely old today! when I opened the box it just looked like a day-old pizza i had taken out my fridge from last night! if I had the energy I’d take it back but I don’t have the energy or patience to possibly argue with someone over pizza ! so here i am on Google reviews because the domino site has a glitch on the review part and i can’t leave one

Ordered through the app and while the food was delivered relatively quickly, the driver went to my neighbors house and when I caught him, I saw part of my order was already wrong (wanted a 2 Lt Diet, got regular). When he walked up he started pulling the boxes out sideways and kinda threw them to me. He started to leave without giving me everything and when I got inside, one of my pizzas was wrong. I’m a vegetarian and I got a pepperoni pie. When I called I was told it was an accident and it was probably still at the store, but would go out asap. When another 40 minutes passed (& I live reasonably close by car), I called again and was told the pizza was undercooked, needed a few more minutes and would go out in like 20 and was that all I was calling about… Uh, yeah, that’s it. But I’m sorry, what? I just want my correct order. THEN when they did arrive, they delivered ANOTHER pepperoni pie. I called again and they knew as soon as they picked up the phone and was assured another driver now had the correct pizza and would be there shortly… & shockingly, the correct pizza never arrived. COOL.

Placed an order at 6:16pm. 7pm I got a text message saying Hamdy was on the way with my order. It’s now 7:56pm and I’ve been on the phone since 7::47pm waiting for them to answer the phone. Unbelievable. Worst place ever.

I ordered 3 pizzas and I got the notification saying that my food was delivered and it wasn’t. I called and they told me that it would be another 30 minutes to get my food. I told them I would come pick it up. So the manager had to fix the total and then told me a higher price then what my total was to begin with. I told home that and he said that I got a specialty pizza and it was more. I will not be ordering from here again.

Manager placed order for me over the phone and I NEVER received the order. Due to website problems, I called in an Order, man told me he is the manager, took my order for DELIVERY and it never arrived. Called after an hour wait, he said “ma’am the driver is out now”. After another hour wait, I called and found out the manager placed an order for pick up, not delivery. He said he would refund my account in 10 mins, never did get a refund. Used their text system to report the issue, still NO REFUND. The only reason i gave 2-stars is because when their on the ball, everything is fine. Be aware though, if they make a mistake, you will not get a refund!!!

Called twice to confirm the status of our order and was told both times it was on the way when it wasn’t. Ended up waiting over 2 hours for the food while the tracker was inaccurate and said the driver was here when he wasn’t. When it finally got here, the food was completely cold. Safe to say I’m never ordering from this location again.
