It’s a shame their service only gets worse and worse. I had been ordering from here for two years now, on Wednesday I placed an order at around 3pm and they cancelled it. No harm no foul. Today I placed another order at 1:41pm and was promised a delivery time of 15-25minutes, and I waited about 90minutes to receive the order. Cinnamon twists were white and soaking wet while the pizza was cold, with a very hard/dusty crust, I took a bite off a slide and had to spit it out. Tasted like it wasn’t even fully cooked. I called the store and who answered the phone offered a refund as the only decent act in this transaction. IF YOU CANT PROVIDE THE QUALITY OF SERVICE YOU ARE EXPECTED TO, STOP TAKING ORDERS!!!

I ordered pizza yesterday, it’s my local store and used to be satisfying. But this is the second time to change an item in my order. This girl literally just hung up on me mid sentence!!!!!!!!!! I literally was asking where’s my order since it says complete and she said the driver has more stops and I asked a question mid question just hangs up on me. Worst Pizza I ever had. I called the Store Manager right away and she kept repeating the same line that’s how we make Brooklyn Pizza. I know how it is done. There is absolutely no crust. And you can see the crust through the cheese. Never ordering again and please stay away from this place.

I am sick of paying 45.00 or more for a 14 inch extra pepperoni and onion pizza and 8 wings to not get my ordered food. The manager on duty wants to offer a pathetic 5.00 off my order (which doesn’t even cover the delivery fee let alone the 15percent I tipped the driver). Manager how about bring me what I ordered or come get what I didn’t order. I am sick of all the excuses it’s called failure.

Worst service ever! I was made to wait 15 minutes for my order and at 10 minutes was informed it was going to take another 15 minutes, since I had to get food for my daughter at work who only had 30min break I asked if it was OK now to cancel after checking with her, Dan at the store cancelled my order without even confirming with me not only that he shouted out saying “go go go goodbye” don’t come back while his colleague Jason told me wait Sir I have your pie ready in the oven now rude Dan said no he won’t give it to me as he decided to cancel order.
