Tried ordering online here this past week as i was staying down the shore and this dominos was listed by my hotel. Ordered online with no problem, went to check the tracker a few minutes later and it said “order canceled contact store for more info”. Tried calling the store 4 times and got hung up on, when i finally got ahold of the guy and asked what was going on, i got very rudely told that his computer system flagged my order as a “prank” and that he tried calling me several times, which he did not. He then told me there was nothing he could do. Who ever was answering the phone on 6/26 around 10 at night needs to find a new job since he doesn’t know customer service. Don’t bother ordering here.

This location is HORRIBLE! None of the workers are wearing gloves NONE! I place my order at 8:50pm the online app says 15 minutes I get there nobody greets me the guy on register doesn’t say a word gets on the phone. The girls making the pizza dropping curses every 2 minutes. Then he finally ask about my order and it’s hasn’t even been made. Finally 9:45pm my food was ready. Never going to this location again! STRAIGHT TRASH! Also i get Home and they messed up my order.

Ordered through the app. App claimed 20 percent off of all pizza’s ,That sounded great , and I had enough points built up for a free pie. Well they did not honor either. Said after I order on the app price should be brought down. Well it was not. They even tried charing me for the 7 dollars for my free pizza. Staff did not try to help at all I canceled my order walked out and they did care. Worthless place. Do yourself a favor and go to another Domino’s where they care if they lose a sale. And there attitude shows it. There are a lot of 1 star reviews for this place. And the owner has not answered any.

I used to work here Everyone Criticize Us For being a little Slow they are very understaffed Impossibly a couple hundreds orders A-day. But since I left there is a new team involved They are very good at their job and I’m sure they will bring domino’s backup to Speed. The reviews are correct. This has to be the world’s slowest Dominos pizza delivery. I ordered at 5:30pm and it is now 7:25 pm and nothing has arrived yet. I ordered the same thing from Naples down the block from my house at 6:30 pm and my order arrived from them at 7:00 pm, and my family can finally eat. DOMINOS, YOU REALLY SUCK! This isn’t the first time this has happened, either. Thank god for the insurance. I’ll use it at another Dominos.

WORST SERVICE. I’m staying here from out of town- not even out of state. Ordered through the app- they TOOK the money and canceled my order. Called the store and whoever answered, after I had to call 3 times because he kept hanging up on me, was very very disrespectful and rude and told me the “computer flagged my order” I tried to explain I paid and it’s not a fake order as he kept yelling at me it was. Do not order from here. Now I have to dispute this with my bank.

Ordered at 5:37pm and the website said approximately 27-37 minute delivery time. It’s now 7:06pm and our delivery driver just left. We won’t see dinner until approximately 7:28pm. Called the store to check on our order. Whoever I spoke with said it was a 60-90 minute delivery time. Had I known that, I would have ordered elsewhere or at least been ok to wait. But I didn’t have any idea. Hopefully the order is actually right and completely cooked. Half the time it isn’t.

delivery guy dom came with $4 dollars change and i planned on paying with a 50 dollar pill. I asked if he could go back and get more change from the register and he just kept saying i don’t know and that dominos is going through a money issue of some sort. i unfortunately had to send my food back which was an inconvenience for me and my family and now we have to wait all over again for another delivery guy/restaurant
