My brother called to place an order for me over the phone for pick up, and the guy on the phone said to him “man, hurry up and make up your mind.” So they didn’t get my order right. Also, when I got to the store and made a phone call, the guy lightly laughed at me and gave me attitude for taking a phone call while picking up my food. I guess I was making him wait more, wasting his time, or something. I didn’t even give him attitude or anything. He was just very rude. I wouldn’t go back there after that.

Ordered chicken wings and they were RAW. Tried calling and waited 15 minutes before I gave up. No one seems to answer the phone at this location. Also I waited 30 minutes before employees gave me the time of day. No one was working at the front register. I had to cook my wings in my air fryer. Worst Dominos experience ever. Never again

I ordered delivery, I got a notification that the driver already left, I received my order 1 hour later, which my house is only 7 minutes from the store. I called the store and whoever picked up the phone just hung up on me, no respect for customer at all.

Small shop but very helpful and kind staff. I ordered large pizza and get longgggg hair from one of the slice, thank God that I catch it before my son ate that from plate.. trust me I didn’t order men’s haircut topping on my pizza..!! I know mistake happen but this will ruined our family fun!! From now onwards I will make sure that I will check the pizza before I left the store!!

I’ve been trying for three weeks now to be refunded after being double-charged for an order. Apparently, this location is notorious for it. I initially called the store itself to explain it to them (whomever answered the phone was rude and sounded like he couldn’t be bothered) and was told there is nothing they could do, so I contacted their corporate office, who said that, because it’s a franchise not owned by them, I’d have to go through the location itself.

If I could give zero stars I would, ordered two pies one for wife and I one for kids both super burned order this at 1030pm store closes at 12am at 1140pm ordered said delivered/complete I called 5 times no one picked up got in my car at 1155 and drove to store at I’m about to get to store my wife calls at 1210am saying the guy just delivered the pizza absolutely horrible just horrible kids couldn’t take one bite of pizza and neither could we they don’t even pick up the phone just ridiculous..

Just really bad quality of food at this location. I ordered garlic bread knots and pizza. The dough did not rise and pizza you can tell it old ingredients. The knots were flat and crunchy. And they took almost 45 min to deliver. And the last time I ordered the delivery did not make it even after 2 hrs since order time.
