I placed my order online for delivery and that was so much of a hassle because it kept saying that the information was not correct. Passed that and continues as a guest, once I placed the order it said 15-30 min total order time. The delivery didn’t come until an hour later (which is fine, I was willing to wait) once delivery status showed being sent out (I am located max 10 min away) the delivery took a while, again willing to wait. After the delivery took too long I called into the store and asked for a status as the app did not show me one, agent said he left 15 min ago he should be there soon. Finally received my delivery and the pizza is cold, not hot (which it should be at-least close to that) and the ranch sauce that I paid extra for, was not in box. I gave them a low rating on the app being honest with what happened with my order. 5 min later the store manager called me and accused me of lying and that it’s imposible that my order was cold since I was the only order that came in this morning and she was in the store. Instead of providing or offering a solution she kept on insisting that I was not telling the truth and then went on and said that she would speak to the driver. Still haven’t received a call back and no solution, this is unacceptable and the store manager should be trained properly on how to give SOLUTIONS not accuse the customer.

For the second time in a row, my order has been excrement late. Tonight, I called them when it had been an hour since I ordered, and 45 minutes since my order went into the oven. When I asked where my food was, the person on the phone was rude, dismissive, and refusing to take responsibility. When I complained, he just said that he was canceling my order and hung up. There had been no call from them telling me that my order was sitting there, unable to be delivered because they didn’t have drivers. Save yourself the time and frustration, and order from somewhere else.

I went today and it looks like there is a new manager. My order was perfect, the employees were so nice, I think this location has gotten better. (8/12/2023) Give them another chance, I know many have had issues in the past but with a good manager in charge now I bet it will continue to get better.

While the service was friendly and helpful The actual food and delivery Left something to be desired the food arrived cold and the Delivery driver seemed to add a couple extra dollars onto the tip. He was already given because when it showed up on the bank transaction. There was four extra dollars on the bill. Very sketchy couldn’t recommend

Everytime I order an hour they said “we aren’t delivering at this time”. They close at 12 and I ordered at 10:30. Little ridiculous. I’ve gotten service before but there’s one particular guy who answers sometimes and clearly doesn’t want to work. Should have asked for his name. If you guys don’t want to serve past 10 then change your hours of delivery. Stop screwing around.

Worst Domino’s pizza ever. I have never seen such pizza quality in any of Domino branch. After moving to NJ I tried this pizza 4-5 times thought they will improve next time. But I do not see any change at all.

Worst dominos. Never ordering ever again. Spent 50 dollars on delivery waited 2 hours for NOTHING. 1 hour in it said it was delivered never arrived called the store “its a error in the appc and got hung up on twice also the employees were very rude. Food never came 2 hours later. Called to speak to the manager . Who guess what? Also hung up on us. Only to call back again and be told store credit. Why would we want store credit so we can go through the same thing again. No point in calling dominos customer service it will tell you to call the store which will not solve anything and hang up on you instead of helping.
