Never ordering from here again! I placed an order and the Domino’s GPS tracker showed that it got delivered to the wrong address. I called them and they told me that the driver, Sami, claims he delivered it to the correct address, however, their house description was completely different from mine. The person on the phone made it seem like I’m in the wrong and was not willing to re-deliver my pizza. Absolutely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Save your money and don’t bother with this establishment.

Order cost $80 and this is how the pizza was delivered. The last two times the food was burnt. I have ordered from Dominoes for as long as I can remember in different cities and states but never have I come across one like this….they just do not care. SMH

The pizza was the best I ever had, good thing I ordered two. The staff was professional, patient, fast and very friendly. I had left my keys and they communicated with each other to help me find it. I am pleased with how cleanly the store, kitchen and staff were. Keep geting better. I recommend new customers to go taste Greatness from this great team of people. I impressed Thank you.

I ordered online to pick it up around 11:47 pm; once I placed my order, I received a successful order notice and that it would be ready in 19 minutes. Since I live 15 minutes away, I headed down immediately to the store. Once I arrived at 12:05, I was told that they had canceled my order and that they are not accepting order after 11:30 pm because they had shut down the oven at that time. I lost a 1/2 hour drive plus gas, and they couldn’t contact me before I arrived to inform me that they canceled my order to avoid this situation. Why are they accepting online orders after 11:30 if they are going to cancel?

I have been trying to get in touch with my store, and contacted corporate through customer support. After tipping almost 8$ (5 in cash and an extra 1.78 on my card) the store took it upon themselves, to add an extra 3$ to my tip. Because I don’t use my main bank account for online orders, I transfer the exact amount needed into my separate account for online purchases, it over drafted my account which will now cost me 35$. The store doesn’t answer their phone, been on hold for the second time for 10 minutes. This was AFTER I received cheesy bread with literally no cheese on top, only in the middle. Watch your card if you order from them, apparently the manager likes to commit fraud.

The order was not deliverd for 3 hours, called multiple times and was told that online tracker doesn’t work and will have to wait. On last call after 3 hours was told the delivery guy left the order outside, which is a complete lie as i was sitting in room next to the door. Noone showed up, she said she can issue my credit back. This is ridiculous that we waited for 3 hours and most of the places around are closed now to order food. This place should shut down thy have the worst customer service ever. No way to talk to the customer, the assitant manager on phone said,” i am not Jesus cant control everything,” what a way to talk to the customer. Wont be ordering from here again.

Used to love this place until something changed… Now my food takes 45 minutes to get to my house after they left the store when I’m literally 5 minutes away and not to forget how my pizza looks stepped on and my cheesey bread looks burnt

Absolutely terrible! Took 2 hrs to deliver cold pizza with none of the condiments (garlic sauce, red peppers). No apology when I called. All I got was, “we are busy”, as if it is my fault to expect any level of service when they are busy.
