For years, this has been the my- go to pizza store. I ordered a pie pizza of premium chicken and I regret it. The pizza was hard like a rock, and it was super thin, not only that after I picked it up from the store it was already cold. The pizza felt like it was done earlier and reheated to serve for customers. I’m unsatisfied, I want my refund! My order number is #4350, Do better!

I order wings for a basketball night game and the wings were not cooked. I called the place and they were dismissing me and when I asked to speak to a manager they hung up on me so many times. Finally the manager picked up and said I would have to go in to speak to them!! WTH is this customer service at a food place?!! Who hired this people! I order food is not cooked and I have to walk over to speak to you guys…. Worst service ever and it is not the first time…

Dominos pizza is usually good. But for some reason every time I eat Dominos my stomach hurts later on the day or the next day. I though it was just from this location but I get this feeling from a lot of the Dominos in NYC. & sadly I’m not the only one that feels like this. A lot of my friends tell me they get the same feeling. I don’t know what’s going on, but Dominos have to figure this out.

I ordered through the app and stupidly payed with PayPal which doesn’t let you refund. The order was missing sauce packets I PAID FOR and arrived OVER 45 MINUTES LATE. I called and the guy on the phone that worked on October 2nd, 2021 at around 2:30am said he’d get the sauce packets delivered. He didn’t. He asked “what do you want me to do, bro?”. And ignored all my calls until 4am (they close at 3am) when someone with broken English said “store closed” Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had and to be honest I’m not going to order pizza ever again because I will always remember how angry and frustrated I am at this moment. I got proof that I was being lied to with my ring camera. The delivery happened at 2:15, the order was placed at 1:30am. The person working the phone said “the delivery was done over an hour ago, the guy has been sitting here over 30 minutes.” I will be going over there tomorrow to speak to a manager and show video proof I was being lied to because I recorded almost all of what happened. Never place an order for delivery. Paid 6 to 7 dollars for just a delivery fee. On top of it, when Domino Pizza staff comes and delivery u the food, if you don’t give them tips. He will give u a very dirty look. Pizza is ice cold. Have to reheated up the pizza in the oven.
