Ordered using the Domino’s App. Food was never delivered. My payment method was charged. Store never contacted me. Still seeking resolution through Domino’s Customer service. I’ve spent hours on the phone, in web-based email forms, and attempting to contact this store by telephone. While I didn’t expect quality food (motivated to try again by a request from a 5-year old), nothing, not even these reviews, could have prepared me for this unprecedented depravity. I learned my lesson, may the pizza gods will forgive me for straying from the path.

Do not come to this store. I ordered using the app to pick up from store, only because i read the reviews that stated they take two hours to deliver. Once the app confirmed that my order was ready for pick up, i walk into the store, only to be told i have to wait more time. If the order is not ready then why send me an email stating that it’s ready? To make matters worse i stood at the windoe for 5 minutes before anybody even acknowledged me. I will never come here again…. i rather the pizza shop on the corner.

The cashier guy was so nasty I will not pay my money ever in this place i wonder if he speaks to his mother the same way this is America respect paying customers and woman at that, they need to retrain him or get him out. Ordered from them and it took them almost an hour to deliver. I called to ask what’s happening the person who answered tried to act like he didnt know what was happening and told me to wait. My complain and problem is that the store is 3 minutes away from me using the delivery car and 10 minute walking! I could have went out and bought the pizza but its raining heavily. This is ridiculous. Im never ordering from here again and i will make sure to spread the word around! Absolutely unprofessional!
