Got my initial order WRONG. Waited on the phone for 20 minutes before someone picked up – it then took over 2 hours to get the replacement. No refund available/offered and poor service. Not the first time service has been this poor

This Domino’s has by far THE WORST delivery service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve ordered twice from here since they’ve opened and both times have been awful. The first time, I placed my order around 12am thinking I had more than enough time being that they close at 2am. They took forever to deliver despite the fact that the pizza tracker on the Domino’s app insisted that the driver had already left with our pizza. Our pizza never came and then we get a call at 2am telling us that they couldn’t find our address and that it was already too late. In all of my years ordering from Domino’s I’ve never had them tell me that they couldn’t find my address and wait until 2am to tell me that it’s “too late” to have my pizza delivered. I tried to give this location another shot and made another delivery order, and this time I placed my order at 11pm. I live fairly close to this location so it baffles me how once again we get a call an hour later from another clueless driver who can’t find our address. After already having waited an hour, we then had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes for the driver to get to our actual address. Of course our pizza arrived cold and not at all pleasant to eat. My husband and I had to microwave our pizza in order for it to be enjoyable or even edible. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I just cannot deal with the poor quality delivery service. As someone who’s ordering delivery from my local Domino’s I’m expecting my food to arrive at a timely manner and still be hot or at least warm enough to eat.

Terrible experience. I got a call that the delivery had arrived at a reasonable time. Went to the door and no one was there so thought I misheard and they were on the way. Gave it 15 minutes and called the driver- went straight to voicemail. Gave it another 15 minutes and called the store. First call was terminated and second call they told me my order was ended because the driver waited for 20 minutes at my house. I explained this wasn’t the case and they told me I was wrong. Offered to have another delivery person bring it in 45 minutes as they had no drivers.

Ive ordered from here multiple times and they constantly get something wrong. And today was the point where it just became a problem since theyve been “quality” checking my order for over a half hr. So i called and their customer service is just as bad, when they picked up the phone it was already an attitude, i told them abt how my order has been in the quality check for a long time and they said hold on a minute, after they came back they said to wait around 10-20 minutes for the order to get here, and hung up on me before i could say another word.

If I could give zero stars I would. 99% of the time they get the order wrong and have to go back and get a replacement even though it’s clear when ordered online. One time they gave us the wrong item and when we called to explain the response was “oh sorry, they’re new”…well, how about a refund or a replacement for the item we didn’t order?! NOPE!
