I have been a long standing customer at this location and ordered it online. Since the last few times, I see that the pastas are either too dry, burned or too little. The main manager was kind enough once to rectify the issue. But this happened today as well and when I called the store, some other manager said he is following the same process of making it for the last 8 years and seemed to point to me as if I am lying! Updated Edit: Lowered the rating because of the past few months it’s clear that employees there are manipulating the service system and taking longer to produce orders. Often times the app will say that the order is ready and even after getting in my car and driving there they still haven’t even put the order in the oven yet. When ordering delivery, it’s pretty common for orders to take an hour or more now. They are clearly manipulating the computer to appear faster and as a result have become slower in real world time. Also the delivery has gotten much worse. Once they called and said they were at my door but they were 4 towns over. Recently they took an hour to deliver food. When I called they said it would be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later the app still showed it at the store under “Quality Check” and when I went outside to get it myself the food was left at my front steps. No call, no doorbell, no knock.

Called ordered a pizza 2 toppings, driver delivered a personal pizza that would fit in the palm of my hand and a 2 liter soda. $25 told me I should have ordered 2 medium pizzas and it would have been cheaper, called the manager and he was not only rude but said that we should have ordered the special I told him why didn’t he inform us? It’s not his job. Won’t order from there anymore . $ 6 delivery charge not including the tip

Awful customer service. My order was canceled and I called to ask why he told me he doesn’t deliver in West Nyack. Even though I have always had it delivered here. He hung up on me mid sentence, like how unprofessional can you be. Will not be coming back.

I prefer not to complain in these types of situations but the driver was being extremely rude while we were asking various questions about our order and the cost of the meal. The driver avoided my questions and took my money without me knowing about the cost. This changed my view in this particular dominos and I will probably not order from here for various months because of this experience.
