Extremely poor customer service. I had called and spoke to the manager regarding having a foreign object in my pan pizza. I was given attitude, that I should have reported my problem within 5 hours of ordering. Manager was not only not understanding, he was rude. Obvious he didn’t care about his job, or that I could have choked on a piece of wood. I offered to tale a picture for proof, he didn’t even want it. Never ordering from here again.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called And kept getting hung up on. Called from a different number and got service. Selective service and pizza preparation is gross. I had To go down to to store and the pizza was cold. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Previous owners were better.

Placed an online order and there isn’t an option to add special instructions so I called the store immediately after placing the order but no one picked up. I called again and after a long hold someone picked up stating he was on the line with another customer( I’m guessing they’re understaffed since he’s clearly alone) and I told him what I needed done to the pizza, only for him to say.. it’s in the oven there is nothing we can do. He didn’t even offer to make a new one! Will definitely be my last time ordering at this location.

They do not know the difference between tomatoe sauce & marinara sauce. Always get the wrong pizza. Been going here for years. I will not be ordering here anymore. I hate leaving reviews like this. But when the manager wants to lie to your face you take it personally. Best of luck!

They don’t wear gloves when preparing food. It’s so disgusting. I watched him touch everything in store including money and then use his hands digging out toppings and cheese when making the pizza. It’s so gross!!
