It’s a order and pickup location. I ordered a pizza with chicken, bacon, jalapeno and parmesan asiago cheese. The pizza was very good, but they took almost 20 minutes to get the pizza ready.

The most nasty disrespectful delivery person we had. The consistently rang all the bells associated with the home and my account said Top Bell only. He grabbed the top not a word not a thank you nothing. Worst service ever. I called all I got is sorry I’ll speak to him.

I ordered on the website online. The delivery time said it was going to be 12-22 minutes. I have been waiting for almost 2 hours now. The tracker won’t move nor will the store pick up the phone. I don’t even think the food is going to show and yet I’m still charged. Probably the worst food experience i’ve ever had. I want my money back!

Unlike other Domino’s Pizza locations that we have been too, the pizza came quite quickly (<30 mins). We also customized our pizzas to have extra toppings and some on a certain side and they actually implemented it. Delivery guy was nice too. Better than most Domino's.

Ordered at 11:30 and paid on the app using a debit card but when the delivery driver got here he said that it was not paid. He went back to the car and then back to the door and told us that it went through late but it was paid. At 1:30 in the morning we woke up to someone slamming on the door. After 5 separate knocking attempts we answered the door to the delivery driver from earlier telling us that our payment did not go through and that we had to pay. We were never called on the number we left on the app or emailed. No contact attempt was made before a driver was slamming on our door in the middle of the night. This is absolutely unacceptable. You cannot come banging on someone’s door hours after their order was delivered this late at night, especially not without attempting to contact us first. And the time says they close at 12 am so we would of been the last order.

My boyfriend and I come here on our lunch break and constantly get screwed over. We place our order and give it plenty of time, then go pick it up. The tracker will say it’s complete and when we go get it, it isn’t done. We’ve ended up back to work with a minute to spare because the employees have no idea what they’re doing. I’ve witnessed them ignoring phone calls. I’ve seen them on their own phones while my order isn’t even in the oven, just sitting and waiting to be put in the oven when nothing is in the oven holding it up! I just left there being told “one more minute” and 10 minutes later.. This place is a joke and I don’t recommend waiting your time or money.

Probably the last time I’m ordering from this place. They always mess up the order, even terribly. Last night I ordered a normal pizza and they put barbecue sauce instead of normal toemato sauce. Like WTH?! Are these people high or something? And the delivery drivers are something else. They always take their sweet time. The food is overpriced. And for God sake, you live on Longisland. Go to some other local pizzeria.

I wish I can give this place 0 stars I placed a order online. Waited 30 minutes for it to arrive and when it did arrive it came barley cooked, the cheese hanging off the top of the lid and my order was wrong. Argued with me over the phone saying that the order was placed online basically saying it wasn’t their fault. READ YOUR ORDERS PROPERLY ! ! ! Will not even give me my money back because the order was online!! DO NOT order FROM THIS DOMINOS.
