Waiting over an hour for my pizza to be delivered. Called twice and was told the tracker was wrong and my delivery was on it’s way. 20 mins later no food so I called back and he told me he had some computer issue and couldnt send the driver out on time but would be here in 5 mins. It says delivered on the app. Still no delivery. Literally the dumbest thing Ive done in my life is wait over an hour for Dominos when I could have ordered anything on DoorDash and been done eating by now. Complete waste and put me in a bad mood. Smfh

Every place has its good days and bad, but I know whenever Regina’s doing my order, I have nothing to worry about. She goes out of her way to make sure the food is fresh, hot, and delicious. She remembers my name and the little quirks about my order, like that I love an extra dash of topping on my Parmesan bread bites. Give this women all the raises, she deserves it.

There’s not a zero option but they would get it. The general manager is rude and talks down. Accused me of putting the wrong room number for delivery. The driver came back and apologized because it was his error. General manager should learn about customer service etiquette.

I placed a order online for two pies at 9:05pm . I saw on website my pies were done at 9:17 and were getting quality inspection. I called at 9:42 because it still said quality inspection and spoke to a gentleman who said pies will be there in two minutes. I received pies warm at 10:00. I tried to leave review on their website but they never updated that I received the delivery . I would rather hear the truth then be lied to about the delivery ( I paid 48 dollars to receive the order quickly,website said estimate of 27 minutes for delivery) the picture below was taken at 10:35pm ,website still not updated.

Dominos sent me the wrong pizza. Everyone makes mistakes so thats okay. After speaking with james with ehan the manager listening in to the conversation I was told they would send another pizza to me and when I asked what they wanted me to do with the original pizza I was told I dont care what you do with it. A little unprofessional the attitude I got but thats okay. After waiting 40 minutes on the pizza I was originally supposed to get I called up a second time to check up on the order. James answered the phone and said its almost on its way. He also wanted to let me know that they want the old pizza back now. JAMES originally told me with an attitude with ehan the manager listening in that he did not care what I did with it now he changed his mind and blamed the store manager ehan. This was by far the worst customer service I have had in years.
