The workers were not professional and hostile to me and others that came after me, I got there at 11.30pm and wanted to order some pizzas and they didn’t attend to me for like 5mins and when I drew their attentions, they told me there were closed on taking orders and only if I ordered online would I be attended to. This was very saddening and a display of unprofessional behavior to their customers. You don’t do business in such lazy and lackadaisical ways.

Even by Domino’s standards this place is horrible. Every single visiting family member that has ever visited me has had an issue with this place. The most unforgettable one was when my grandson ordered their bread sticks and a few pies, everything was uncooked. Everything. The only thing that wasn’t was the lava cakes which were burnt. My daughter had the misfortune of witnessing the owner messing around with their computer, she told me his hands were black with dust and soot. She described it as the most disgusting thing she had ever seen and was horrified to imagine what behind that counter looks like, for obvious reasons she left the food, reversed the charge and never went back.

Took them more than one hour to deliver pizza. And it was cold when it arrived. Called manager who said I should’ve sent it back with driver and there’s nothing he can do to make it up to me. Very bad customer service

Definitely a good Domino’s store.Hundred times better experience than Papa John’s store in Hicksville.It’s easy to order online and the delivery service is excellent.They deliver piping hot Pizza’s all the time.The customer service is good too.I have always liked Domino’s pizza for their unique styled pizza toppings, flavors and sauces.Overall very good service and quality.

If google had the option of giving a location like this a 1 star, it would definetely make a difference. Order a Chicken Carbonara Pasta bowl, which clearly states its ingredients. Order arrives at home without chicken and without bacon, keeping in mind, with delivery and all fees including a tip $20 spent. Learn to train your half baked staff on how to prepare the meals. Have ordered in the past and will never give this place any more business. They frankly do not deserve it.

This is the worst dominos i ever been to first of all they never pick up the phone and their open signs are off too even though they were open… staff is not welcoming and very rude… they were not busy at all each and every worker there.. was on their phone and one of the guys were doing broom and he didn’t have courtesy to wash his hands before touching food i am posting photos to show how dirty and filthy the store was…

Received a Hawaiian pizza instead of the pizza I ordered. When I called no one answered and was stuck on hold for over twenty minutes before giving up. The other items were correct but there was absolutely no way to Contax the store to correct the mistake. The only option was to reorder if I wanted the correct pie.

No credit card accepted. You need to give them your credit card numbers. Which is scary. When I ask why ? The staff was very rude and said don’t come. ( this is how peoples credit card numbers are stolen and fraud happened. Please don’t order here save your time, money and save your self from fraud. No caps when making pizza. You order and eat hair.

Ordered a week ago and ordered again today, last week I ordered at 8:30, went to pick it up at 9:30, was told that it would take another hour or 2, ended up canceling and ordering from pizza hut. Today I ordered, took over an hour to finish, tried to call, waited for 5 minutes just to talk to someone and confirm my order.

Horrible. Placed an online order at 8:41 and it wasn’t delivered til 11:20! Serge, the driver, didn’t even bring the food to my room. Left it at the front desk. Food was obviously not hot. Pizza tasted like the cardboard it sat in for hours. Cinnamon twist were hard.
