Food prep time is good BUT Delivery time is HORRIBLE and every driver turns off their tracker gps so you end up standing outside waiting for your food to arrive which takes 25 min EVERY time. When the drive is 5 min away so event with other deliveries, this is not what the site promotes

My food was cold!! When I called to ask where my order was because I got a notification it was out of the oven for over 20 mins the women tells me it’s cooking and would be delivered soon. I got nasty burnt steak and cheese. The cheese was burnt and hard. The bread bowl was soggy and cold. All from sitting out too long. The worst part was the cook put the corn meal/bakers meal they put at the bottom of pizzas and bread in the middle of my spinach and cheese bread so it stayed separated. There was almost no cheese or spinach. Overall disgusting and I won’t order from there again! I would’ve given a negative star if possible!! Oh and they wouldn’t po k the food up and issue a refund smh

This statement is only going to be regarding the delivery and service fee. For a location that is less than 2 miles away, it cost about $8 to get about a $9 food order delivered. I understand prices are going up, but that just seems completely out of control.

Been waiting two hours for my delivery Tuesday afternoon not a weekend & the guy who picked up the phone so I could find out the status about my food was very unprofessional and rude had to nicely explain 3 times to check the status of my oder for him to come back on the phone and tell me okay it’s ready we gonna send it now was it just seating there all this time I don’t understand.

I order a pizza from here and they did not put any marinara sauce on my pizza. When I called back to let them know the general manager wanted me to come all the way back to the store when I told them I could not because it was to far and he told me I could only get a refund if I came back i will never order from them EVER AGAIN

Great pizza place. Dominos just has the best tasting pizza period, and this is coming from someone who bought pizza hut and dominos at the same time to taste them side by side. As far as the service goes, i only ordered delivery from here once and like everyone else, i was astonished at the 50 minute wait for the pizza, and i only live 5 minutes away from here. Since then, I’ve only ever ordered pick up from here and haven’t had any complaints. A large pizza with an additional menu item is usually finished in 15 minutes and I am usually there by the time it comes out of the oven. So really there is no issue with wait time if you go to the place yourself, no tipping involved either. Seriously the people who have bombarded this place with negative reviews really need to get up and drive there themselves.

They make the pizzas up to standard. Not burnt, plenty of toppings good amount of sauce. Way better than the store in my old neighborhood of Ridgewood, Queens. The one in Briarwood, Queens was always on point and fast. Last week, their system was down and they only accepted cash at the Mastic store. Had to order inside and they couldn’t provide the coupons that their known for (not the employees fault, I’m sure). First time since they introduced online ordering that I’ve experienced that with Domino’s but it can happen to any company. Technology isn’t always perfect. I’ll continue to get Domino’s from this location. (Also, because it’s right up the road from me.)
