Ordered a pizza and bread sticks on Friday 8/11/2023 at 9:45 pm. Bread sticks were edible but the pizza was not had one bite. My spouse agreed pizza was not edible. Called back. They told me to call back tomorrow to speak with a manager. They would not correct the order that night. We went away for the weekend. Pizza so bad I took the time to call back on Monday. Was told to call back Tuesday to speak with General manager. Spoke to the General Manager today. Was willing to give me a discount next time…….if the pizza was so bad I was willing to call three times over six days to get to the right person…..it must be bad…..20% discount will not be used anytime in the near future.

I order from this store like every week because my youngest boy loves the cheese pizza. I will faithfully keep ordering from a place that provides good pizza for my son and keeps coming to my house in a timely manner. When they are late they let me know and I appreciate that too.

The order was incorrect. I called and tried they offered to remake the pizza which I accepted their offer. 5 minutes later they called back saying they would not remake it, and would only offer a 10% discount. I then said that I wanted a refund at which point they denied me my refund and were very rude. Awful customer service! Get pizza anywhere else. The fountain is a few doors down, has better pizza, and better customer service. Wish I could give negative stars. Awful.

Ordered a pizza from this location. Worst pizza I ever had from this location. Pizza sauce was cold and tasted uncooked. Part of the pizza was burned. Called the store and spoke to the to the manager and he was not very nice. His tone was…he didn’t give a darn. Well won’t buy from him again!

I I ordered two large thin crust pizzas and when I got home I had two regular crust pieces. We called back to report the error and was promised a credit for the next time. When we tried to redeem the credit they said there was no credit applied to my phone number. So they blame me for not checking the order before I left the store. But I stayed in there and for 30 minutes. Nobody checked their pizza’s once they got them. Everybody just walk out the store. So I’m out of my money and I can’t get the order corrected. Bad feeling customer service y put a credit on the order
