Good pizza for the price you paying, medium use to be $5.99, now it’s $6.99. I’ll buy 4 pies for 4 kids for $30.20 including tax. I’ll go pick up myself, always fresh, pay cash not credit card. You want better quality, there are some better independent pizza restaurants, pay more money, if you want nothing but the best.

Ordered over 7 dollars worth of dipping sauce, get home, no sauce. Call store twice, they transfer me twice to a management line, on hold for over an hour, obviously no one manning the lines. Boneless wings were the tiniest pieces of chicken I’ve ever seen. No sauce, $54.00 for pretty much no food, large pizza was small, 2 orders of wings could maybe feed a baby.

I would’ve like to give a lot less and actually report the conduct of employees ..but my only solution is to post after I already complained onsite and online…ordered 2 pizzas deep dish, took them home and didn’t enjoy since they were both undercooked. Called but got constant busy signal. Next day my wife went with the uneaten pizza and the staff yelled and screamed at my wife so she left and returned the uneaten pizza. 2) complained online but got no answer. Wow, 30 years in customer service business on state street and never have I insulted any of my customers for a nickel.

would never get pizza from Dominos Pizza in Woodlawn Plaza – 1592 State St, Schenectady, NY 12304. I ordered 2 Medium Pizza , 8 piece wings and Garlic Knots at 1:43 PM on March 4th 2023 with my bank card. My pizza said it was delivered on the app and when I looked outside there was nothing there so I went to the store and asked them and they said it was being delivered . I went home and waited another 20 minutes and my pizza still wasn’t delivered . The dominos pizza that I ordered from is only 3 minutes away from where I live . I went back to the store after 30 minutes and told them that my pizza still wasn’t delivered . They said there’s nothing they can do . I called dominos directly and they said they couldn’t do anything and hung up on me . Also the manager was very rude. Will not recommend dominos pizza from this location if they can’t complete an order correctly and take my money.

Manager is extremely rude! Placed an order at 12:18, it was canceled immediately. Placed 2nd order at 12:25, it said Raymond was prepping my order, then at 12:46 it get canceled again! The first time, I called and no one answered after like 5 mins. Called the 2nd time and it went to the manager. He’s like yup, we canceled it cause we don’t deliver until 5pm. Ok, then the app should reflect that. We’ll I just updated and no one can place a delivery order at all right now (something that should have been already done). Or even maybe a phone to me to let me know WHY my orders were canceled. I now just spent the last 40 mins expecting to get food and now won’t because he hung up on me and said to never order food from him again after first offering to discount if I picked it up (which I’m not able to). You’re right, I won’t. And hope no one else does either! Thanks jerk!

One of the worst experiences at dominos we waited an hour and a half for a pick up order just for them to tell us when we get there that they dont have the gluten free pizza crust atm So at 8:30 at night I had to go take my girlfriend somewhere else Then the delivery driver bumbed into me and just said nothing definitely will never eat at this location and still waiting on my refund they even called to say oh ur orders gonna take an hour but failed to mention that theres no gluten free pizza.

For the state street store by the Aldi …The internet options have bugs that create online ordering problems and they never answer phone. But if you actually can order something it is of decent quality. But I’d rather just get a pizza at market 32 or Walmart and heat it in my oven than deal with begging them to take my order. Don’t they have staff to test how their doing. ?? Geeze

This Domino’s has since gotten every order to me in under an hour (usually closer to under 40 minutes) and the food has been fine. I wanted to come back and change my review, but I will leave the original for reference. I guess someone was just having a bad day at work.
