I ordered online for delivery and made certain to watch the timeline animation Domino’s provides to track orders. I asked the delivery person to leave the food at my doorstep, and made certain to check repeatedly to make sure I knew when it arrived. After an hour between making the food and delivering it, I called to see what had happened. I was told they had delivered it and ‘done their job’ although they cited the residence incorrectly. First time I had an issue with a Domino’s.

Ordered yesterday for lunch online and went in store to pick up. I don’t think anyone would love paper pieces in their food or 7 wings instead of the qty of 8. Pasta was also poorly cooked.

Only ordered from them once… Was delivery to our hotel, they were on time, pizza was good and the side dish ( which was the pasta with marinara and meatballs ) was very good…31$ a bit high for thin crust pizza and a side when they say sides supposed to be 5$ but whatever, it was late and like I said above, they did their end so all good…. We order from here frequently and Today I was disappointed. Ordered a Alfredo bread bowl pasta the chicken was a bit under cooked and I ordered cinnamon bread twist and they came with no icing. Very bland with no icing.

During our short stay in Kingston, we placed two orders online for around 6 pizzas. Each order was completed within 10-minutes of placing the order. Pickup was smooth. The guy inside the Dominos was helpful to hand us paper plates and cups.

Second time in a row my food came cold and drink waa hot. Once ok but not twice in 3 days. Driver confirmed food was cold I had him touch it. Was told just to call and they would replace my order. So I called and was offered 10 bucks off of my next order. The pizza alone cost more than that and yes I used points. For a bottle of soda delivery and tip I spent 15 bucks so altogether would be about 30 for inedible cold greasy dough. Pretty sad been ordering from here for over 7 years first time I ever said anything and they won’t even fix it.

I like their Philly cheese steak pan pizza with extra cheese. That’s the only pizza I will order from Dominos for myself. Its not that I don’t like the other pizzas they make its because I’m allergic to tomatoes, Dominos Pizza is the best and they are open late I like that too.
