Worst experience EVER! We stopped by to ask if this location honors the “any two or more for 6.99/7.99” deals with the gluten free crust. The commercial on TV specifies the gluten free crust is now included, and our local store has always honored it anyway. The Mohawk location said, yes they would honor it. So we placed an order for a gluten free pepperoni and a “whatever crust the deal covers” pepperoni pizza. Was told it was for a large crust. Ok, sounds good. But it came to $22… 2x 7.99 is 16. Was told the best they could do on the gluten free was 9.99. So 10 and 8 are still 18. I questioned it and was told that was the only way he could get the computer to take the order. So no, they didn’t honor the special. Wouldn’t have wasted my time, but I was in serious pain and just wanted to get home. So I hand him a gift card and asked repeatedly what the balance was. He told me $3 and change. I said well, that doesn’t cover much, and hand him a $20. He looks at me funny. Then he says oh, I mean there’s $3 left now, it was a $25 card (I thought it was a 10). So instead of giving me the balance, he already charged the card. Too late now. So we wait for the pizzas. Out come two gluten free pies. We tried to get it fixed and he refused to make the order right. So we said we wanted a refund if we couldn’t get what we ordered. He refused that too. He said go ahead and call the number to complain because it’s just the store number and he is the manager, and if we talk to the owner he would side with him. Said he could play the video back and prove the order was placed that way. We said please do, we specified one gf, one regular multiple times. Funny how right on the box it says good experience guaranteed. We will be following up with this. This guy screwed everything up from the get go- saying yes to the deal, running the card when I asked for a balance, overcharging us, and giving us the wrong order. Plus, it was burnt. NEVER EVER DEALING WITH THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

Ordered pizza fine. Then app says 4 minutes away. It’s was 10:52. At 11:13 I had to call and ask. They say they had college deliveries first. Then why does your app say it has been delivered??? About 3-5 minutes after that we got our pizza. Ha! The box had a crease down the middle and the top was laying on the pizza. Pictures below. Also, Surprise! Noooo free item.

I have been ordering from Dominos across several states over many years. This one is the worst one so far. Pizza was cold when it was delivered 35 minutes after the quality check and the toppings were a joke. A 10 inch hand tossed with enough toppings to maybe cover 4 inches of it. Sad….truely sad. Won’t be ordering from this Dominos anymore.

Just ordered a Brooklyn style pizza they gave me a normal large instead. What’s the point in having different crusts if your not going to do it right. I suggest staying away from this herkimer dominos they are terrible terrible terrible.

Ordered the 20.00 meal that comes w coke..sides. pizzas. Get one pizza and was charged almost 30.00. I called up and he stated “well that’s what you ordered what do u want me to do about it ” I will never go back. Poor business. Even worse attitudes.then on top of it Ithe pizza I got was not even cut.

I don’t recommend this one. The staff is very rude not sure why a employee would be walking around on their phone talking. Then stacks my boxes on top of each other with the smaller boxes in the middle of the pile so I had to rearrange them so they would not fall.
