Their pizza was delicious But when I called to order the person that answered my call was of Foreign Language !! I could Not understand her and she didn’t even know where I was calling from ! Only knew city … Not state !! When I asked to know where I was calling she only ignored my question. I was so frustrated with call and communication I gave up & said what ever ! I proceeded to the dominoes and went in to confirm my order.

Supper place(location) but terrible customer service..??? 12/27/2022 Tuesday I order a pizza thru online $8.69 (store pay & pickup) I pay the cashier (Girl) $20.00 she took money and return me $1.31 she say I pay $10.00 and argue with me and she don’t lessen too. I request her check camera I am sure I pay $20.00 she didn’t believe at last I am waiting 20mints she open the Cash drawer and found yes I pay $20.00 as a customer In front of other its shame for me, I got a bad experience.. I believe its might be human error, but her attitude is not professional she loud and blame and confusing me..

Ordered food and paid with card. Then was called and told they had no pasta for bread bowls and could not complete our order. When asked when refund would be processed back to card they told us up to a week or so. Absolutely useless customer service and zero assistance. You should not charge and take payment until order is complete. Would not recommend eating here as they will just take money and then call to tell you to bad.

Missing portions of my order. Try to call the store takes me 3 times to get someone on the phone to have them try and have it redelivered, then hear nothing for 30 minutes. Then trying calling to just get a refund on the missing portions and they don’t answer their phone for 10 minutes. Then when they do they hang up. Then the manager hangs up again because she can’t do her job right and won’t refund the missing portions. Trash service won’t be ordering from there again.

I order frequently for someone who can’t afford to eat out much. My sons loves their wings so we swing it when we can. Only one time was there ever a mistake and they resent the entire order not just the missing food. It was an honest mistake and the driver and cook were so kind and apologetic. Every driver there is so kind I try to tip high as much as I can because working in service I know how they must get treated. I very much appreciate how kind all the employees are and the hard work they put in. To the point that I don’t even care for dominoes personally but found a couple menu items I do enjoy because my son does and because they are a pleasure.
