Ordered 2 bread bowls. Got 2 bread bowls but this time they both were suspiciously light. It was my fault for not checking before I left but when I got home 20 mins away I opened it to see (see photo). I’ve always ordered this item and this time idk if the kid working that shift at 6pm was high otj or new but regardless a manager should have seen this and corrected it. So I call and wouldn’t ya know I was on hold for 30 mins while he was “talking to his manager”. After that call hung up I immediately called back and had been notified that they can remake it but I’d have to drive another round trip for it for their mistake. So not only do I pay for food but also for their mistake as well. Keep in mind I’m only making this review for the lack of how the situation was handled, lack of timeliness, and the snarkiness of the in-store rep who was on the phone 6pm Aug 9th.

This is by far the best domino’s I’ve ever ordered from. Every time we order, our pizza is still piping hot and delicious by the time it gets to our door. Our delivery driver this time Alan was also very friendly and polite. But all the drivers we have encountered have been very nice. Will definitely continue to order from this location!

I’m very unpleased with the service tonight. I paid extra to have a deep dish pizza, didn’t get it and when I called about it, staff fought with me about it. I was told if I need a new one I need to drive clear across town and bring the other one back or get my money back when they look at it. The manager then got on the phone and said he’d send someone to deliver the new one and take back the old one. Now I’m sitting waiting for my dinner and can’t touch this pizza, because I need to send it back. I told them I’m willing to take a picture, but as a customer I don’t like to be made out to be a liar…. To add it’s burnt underneath

I picked up two pizzas that was supposed to be curbside pick up. However, it was not allowing me on the app to signify that I am here. So, I called the store and let them know I was there, and unsure why it would not allow me. The gentleman who had picked up was angry for some reason and he was yelling at me over the phone telling me it is his only order and he will send somebody up because he doesn’t care. And he hung up on me. the manager that came outside the store told me that he was just going to talk to him and gave us a free pizza for the next time. But I do not want a free pizza because that does not justify what I had to go through. I don’t know what is going on with the employee or the manager because they both had the same attitude, but I hope domino’s can do something about this because clearly they are not okay. Very unfortunate that Domino’s believes they should be running a store by themselves with their horrible customer service. This store gives a bad taste in people’s mouth.
